The flame Libra that i can buy in the walmart where i work at is it the sameas the Libra that is banned or are they diffrent please let me know.

They are different, Libra is from the metal system while Flame Libra is from the Hybrid-Wheel System.
They act differently; Libra is amazing while Flame libra is carp.
