Ok this may sound nooby becouse in a way well i'm a noob but back on topic.
The flame Libra that i can buy in the walmart where i work at is it the sameas the Libra that is banned or are they diffrent please let me know.

They are different, Libra is from the metal system while Flame Libra is from the Hybrid-Wheel System.
They act differently; Libra is amazing while Flame libra is carp.

Read around, it's the Metal System Libra that's banned, not Flame Libra.
Anyway, these sort of questions belong in the "Ask a question, get an answer!' thread.
