Yes, and there is a lot more to it than just posting. You have to have equipment and an appropriate public area.

If I'm being honest, this type of tournament would not be the best idea down here in FL, as there is a LOT of kids. I can't start tournaments trying to contain only advanced bladers, it would be hard one me. Plus it's lots of fun seeing the kids battle, not only for their rank but because they're there to have fun.
