You should be testing with a TT Orange F230, though.

I only have the hasbro version. It should be an acurate representation of the tt version. And considering the left rotation, the version may not matter. (As of 4-12-14, i only had B : D)

I dont have that, so bearing drive will have to do.

Testing counters for Dragoon B would be irrelevant, the problem is Dragoon F230, not B.

Hey guys - looks like you haven't gotten too far into discussing this in the last week or so, but I just wanna kinda give you a heads up that I'm not gonna be around to test/answer/talk about any of this stuff for a long while.

I kind of wanted this taken care of before Beydays (like a lot of other people I know), but yah, I can't really do anything about it now.

For the moment, i may have figured out a way to beat it. I used diablo nemesis gb145 TB in the attack type zero g stadium. The reason i am still working on it is because it has a lot of risks attached.

1: it will scrape against the stadium
2: it will not always work and
3: when it does win, i does so by a very, very slim margin.

For obvious reasons, i am still working. I'll give an update if i find out anything else.

As far as the WBO knows, F230 is not banned in WBBA events, but even then, WBBA events are not held in India, Shanghai, or Tokyo...

Not to mention, Tokyo is a city, not a country.

1: how do you know that f230 is banned everywhere other than the US
2: tokyo, shanghai and new dehli are all cities (you dont need to be so specific)
3: f230 is a SPIN TRACK, not a performance tip

So, does anyone have any more thoughts on this?

I do believe F230's performance in Toronto back in May is decent confirmation of my prediction. I'd especially like to hear from Kei, after having witnessed Dragooon F230 used by MD players.

As far as I heard, it only lost twice out of the dozen or so times it was used, once to a Duo SA165 custom (which was Dark_Mousy's F230, which has shown some function issues recently; anyway, I think we can all agree that such an outcome is abnormal and likely due to a malfunction in one of the combinations), and the second loss was to another F230 combination. Obviously, it took first place.

So, Dragooon F230 lands in Toronto, and cleans house. I'd say that's pretty much the last straw, don't you guys think?

In a sense, a fair reason it was used so heavily and won, was it was used by certain players, with a certain launch, etc. It has never been an issue in that region and only seems to be one in that situation, where other players from different areas (MD, NC, etc.) seemed to be the main people winning with it- considering Sniper and Geetster used Dragoon F230, both from the same region (MD). Those (NC, MD, etc.) are the regions with the biggest issue with it, too.
