3 Days of Epic Beyblade Action
🔴 Day 1: March 28th | 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 64-Player Tournament! Match Format: 6 rounds of Swiss, Top 16 Advance to Single Elimination, First to 7 Finals
- Free Play Area to connect and practice
- Kid’s Tournament for our young Bladers
- Gym Battles to test your skills
🟡 Day 2: March 29th | 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 128-Player Main Tournament! Match Format: 6 rounds of Swiss, with each match being first to 5 points.
- 3on3 Match format—showcase your best strategies!
- No part swaps are allowed during the tournament unless something breaks. If it does, you must replace it with the same part (different colors are acceptable).
- Combos must be registered at Check-In and written down to show judges during matches.
- Banned Part: Metal Needle Bit.
- Penalties: Swapping parts without permission will result in a Match Loss, and you must revert to your registered combo.
- Showing up more than 5 minutes late to your match without prior notice will result in a Match Loss.

- 32-Player Casual Tournament
🔵 Day 3: March 30th | 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Top 32 Finals: Single Elimination, first to 7 points, 3on3 Match format.

- 3on3 Decks, Single Elimination, winner decided by first to 7 points.

I hope you're having a great day so far. I just wanted to announce some information for not just Takeover Dallas, but also for all of our larger scale events.
As a team, we committed to delivering a great experience at these larger scale events, and as such, we want to make sure the Prizes reflect the price of admission.
For Takeover Dallas, we are happy to announce that there will be physical prizes ranging from $200-400 for not just the 64 player and 128 player tournament winners, but there will also be raffle prizes that can be won (you can win more tickets by competing in side events)
Also, we will be working towards getting some special surprises that you will receive at check in!
For the Cash Prize pot, it will INCREASE as more people sign up, with it potentially reaching over $1000 if all 128 players sign up!
We're super excited as March is a big month for DFW Beyblades, and we can't wait to celebrate it with all of you!!!

Due to scheduling conflicts with the venue, the times for the event have been slightly modified. Here is the new schedule:
6pm-11pm Friday
5-10pm Saturday
Noon-5pm Sunday
Also, we will be running the 64 player tournament all three days as the main tournament so that way everyone has a chance to compete for the great prizes provided by our sponsors and win prizes by the raffles being run throughout the event!
Finally, we are proud to announce that our main side tournament will be a 3on3 team based tournament. Players will create a 3 person team with other players to take on other teams. Rules will be announced shortly.
We are excited to see everyone who can join us to celebrate this massive event for the DFW Beyblades scene!

Hey just wondering if anyone else has gotten the email to pay for the tournament yet? It's about a week or so until the tournament and I still haven't recieved the email to pay even though I've done both google forms.
