Its been confirmed by Marutti. Anyway you can buy the Corocoro issue each month from cdjapan or other sites or you can get each volume when it comes out. Volume 17 currently has a few chapters of the manga.

Anime and manga has different ranks like what happened to shu he got out throned by lean bc one battle so ig we can apply that to the anime  and legend festival is canon to the anime story not Manga story but you can say other wise bc it's been really confusing lately

Arthur beat Aiga, and Drum beat Arthur. Does that make Drum no.1? No. You can't become no.1 in a random official match.

Arthur didn't want a official wbba ranks and he didn't even fight aiga for his title if he did it would be 3 point match and drum defeated Arthur at his game so that doesn't count

Here apply the manga logic if lean beat shu and gets the title as the 2nd best would that be the same for the anime
