Was a big character in s7 but he slowly feels less and less like a main character and more like a recurring one. No clue why they even did that since he was actually a good character as well. Even John Boyega was confused about it.

I think I’ve read somewhere that Disney only wanted Finn/John Boyega to have diversity in the cast, which wasn’t a good move.

Yeah it was more a thing to say they "support" black people, but thats not something I want to get into.
i recently started watching the mandalorian (or as i like to call him: MANDY-uwu-) it is very good

In my opinion it is ok for people 9 andup (so far)
Here’s a legends that fight I think would be amazing.

Mortis Anakin:

Vs

The Father (prime?):

The power scaling of these two characters is very confusing as per what we know, but what we do know is that Mortis Anakin and The Father are definitely part of the top 3 most powerful force users in the entirety of legends. First things first, we need to understand that the Father was unable to control the daughter and son in the Mortis arc but this was mainly because he had become weaker with age and failing health. This is confirmed in both tcw and the fotj novels. In his prime, he could not only subdue the daughter and son but (apparently) beat Abeloth as well though; this isn’t certain as the fotj text left it hard to interpret. Abeloth herself ragdolled the son and daughter immediately upon transformation before the father saved them (this is where the text gets unclear as to whether he defeated her or not but the text seems to imply that the three of them teamed up to restrain her). The son and daughter had to team up every once in a while to defeat Abeloth with their combined power (which is weird since she beat that upon transformation that one time) but they needed a black hole prison to do it so they (sort of) scale above Abeloth when combined. This means that the Father in his prime may scale above Abeloth like Anakin since he too was able to defeat the son and daughter combined. Mortis Anakin was able to instantly subdue the daughter and son by himself while rotating the entire planet of Mortis so he should be ranked above Abeloth. Despite all this making it seem like either is more powerful, there is one piece of evidence that suggests Anakin is more powerful. It was said that Anakin would become at least as powerful as the Father on Mortis. This means that he would at the very least still be equal to the Father. That being said, I’m going to go ahead and give this one to Anakin. He easily defeats the son and daughter (albeit they aren’t attacking) and he also equals the father, only with higher in-depth power. Mortis Anakin wins in what is probably one of the greatest battles in Star Wars history.

Forgot to add that Mortis Anakin also rotated the entire planet of Mortis as he dominated the Son and Daughter so there’s a bigger claim to him dominating them than the father.
When people say Maul can defeat Dooku in canon.

Ya, the mandalorian is pretty good, i've seen most of the episodes.
DeltaZakuro who do you think wins in a fight Mortis Anakin or Abeloth?

Interesting. I don't know atm because I haven't watched Clone Wars in a while and I don't know a lot about Abeloth.

Tell you what, I think it’s Mortis Anakin. Although I don’t want to spoil the reason why for you unless you’ve seen the Mortis arc?
Random fun fact: Star Wars infinites once did a “what if” where the Son and Anakin escaped Mortis. It was pretty interesting to read.
Really cool Revan vs Nihilus fan film. Acting is kind of bad but the choreography and setting are all good.

Mortis Anakin but Mortis will barely win, on the very verge of death.

Would it be on the verge of death though? The thing is, Anakin defeated both the Son and Daughter within seconds. Abeloth could also technically defeat them, but the fight was much closer when they created the black hole prison with the help of the killiks. I think there’s a solid power difference between the two.

Maybe I did exaggerate. Mortis Anakin will win, but Mortis will be tired and might even die.

How the Father, Son and Daughter came into being.
Was Palpatine a clone all along?
How Obi-Wan keeps his magnificent beard in tip top shape.
Who created the propecy of the chosen one and how the force was discovered?

How Was the Force First Discovered?
What Happened to the Rest of Yoda's Species?
What's the Real Story of Darth Plagueis?
How Did The Prophecy of the Chosen One Originate?

In both canon legends it was thought to have been discovered thousands of years before the prequel trilogy (although it has existed since the beginning of reality) and it is believed to have either originated from Mortis or The wellspring of life. From my understanding, Mortis represents the conduit of the living force while The wellspring of life represents the cosmic force. There was also Abeloths planet although, I don’t think it was an originating planet.

In both legends and canon; the homeworld, name and just about everything regarding Yoda’s species is a mystery. This includes the origination and extinction of his species. Though there is no in-universe explanation for the lack of information on Yoda’s species, the out-of universe explanation is that George Lucas intentionally did this to add a sense of mysterious ness to Yoda’s character. Disney has introduced Grogu, so it’s possible that the species will see some exploration.

The story Palpatine tells Anakin is pretty much the exact truth. We do know a bit more about Plagueis in legends though. He was the son of a aristocratic family who was given to Darth Tenebrous, a Banite Sith Lord  descended from the rule of two 5 years after birth (Tenebrous knew of
his existence). Tenebrous and Plagueis worked together to initialize the destruction of the Jedi that Palpatine would later fulfill and somewhere along the line, Tenebrous pitted Darth Venamis and Darth Plagueis against each other to see which one was more worthy... Plagueis won. Eventually Plagueis murdered Tenebrous by crushing him with a large Boulder but Tenebrous planted his consciousness in Plagueis intending to take over his body one day (this fails, and you’ll understand why later). Plagueis uses his aristocratic image and birth name to form a fake alias and under this guise, continues to clouds the Jedi order while manipulating their affairs. He also convinced Sifo Dyas to create the clone army of which, he also ends up altering. He eventually comes to meet Palpatine, the son of a noble family in Naboo. He senses the conflict, hate and strength that Palpatine wields and eventually begins to befriend him much like how Sidious befriended Anakin. Over time he begins to twist the already tense relationship Palpatine has with his family to the point where he gets Palpatine to kill them and take
his family’s place. From then on, he dubs him “Darth Sidious.” Sidious continues manipulating affairs while Plagueis studies and learns about midichlorian manipulation. On one particular night in between the phantom menace and aotc Palpatine gets Plagueis incredibly drunk and Palpatine uses this as an advantage to ascend him by killing
him while vulnerable. Plagueis tries to resist but he ultimately can’t defend himself, so he ends up dying alongside Tenebrous. Anakin’s birth is actually the result of one of Plagueis failed experiments combined with the will of the force intervening to turn his experiment into the chosen one. In canon none of this history is true apart from the story Sidious tells Anakin and some of the basic things like his species etc. However, he actually tried to form a force dyad with Palpatine and this ended up failing. It is also his teachings that Palpatine used to survive his death in ep 6.

In canon, it’s not really clear. They are definitely real existing beings who have been around for hundreds of thousand of years but not much is known beyond that. What we do know is that they eventually came to embody the living force. In legends, there is a lot more about them. They were basically part of an ancient technologically advanced species called celestials who were fairly powerful but ultimately just normal beings. Three of them ended up on a planet extremely strong with the force (the nameless “Abeloth” planet). On the planet are two incomprehensibly powerful force nexuses, both of which grant godlike power in the force when interacted with. They are called the pool of knowledge and the font of power. The Father uses both and comes to embody both the light and dark, the balance in a godlike power. He forbids his children from using them but they eventually disobey him. The Son drinks from the font of power and becomes a dark side god. The daughter bathed in the pool of knowledge and in turn, becomes the light side god. They also gain immortality. After this they live on the planet until the Abeloth conflict where they then, migrate to Mortis.

In canon, the answer is no. He had only been cloned after his death in episode 6 and it was a pretty terrible clone as well. In legends he hints that he may have done this before dark empire but I highly doubt that he did. From what some of the legends writers have said, Palpatine was bluffing.

I answered the discovery of the force in another comment addressed to Ryuga’s son. It’s pretty brief but accurate. In both canon and legends, the exact origin of The Chosen one prophecy is unknown, however, what is known is that it seemingly originated from the Jedi religion years before the modern Star Wars stories. The prophecy eventually began to spread amongst other force factions/users such as the Sith, Mortis gods, Whills etc. As the prophecy spread, it began to get misinterpreted and misunderstood amongst all the factions that came to learn of it, this includes the Jedi whom it had been passed down through. The confusion was primarily within the meaning of “balance to the force.”
