Anakin was at peak power in the clone wars (In ep 3 he is already Darth Vader) and peak power maul is rebels. I’m going to say that Anakin wins. By the end of the clone wars Anakin had pretty much surpassed Obi wan and his raw force power was growing consistently. Rebels Maul seems to have improved his lightsaber combat and has learned more force abilities but he generally lacks a lot of knowledge such as the ability to use force lightning or open a sith holocorn which gives Anakin an edge. Since peak Anakin is close in power to early Vader I give it to Anakin.

I would say that the canon top 10 ranking goes like this:
1: Force Dyad all the Sith Palpatine 
2: All the Jedi Rey
3: The father of Mortis
4: The Bendu
5: The son of Mortis
6: The daughter of Mortis
7: Luke Skywalker
8: Darth Vader  
9: Darth Sidious
10: Yoda

All the characters from the daughter of Mortis and up are basically force gods or incredibly enhanced force entities so they do have an edge.

The Sith are an imbalance in the force and they did it for the greater good of the republic so there’s nothing wrong with that. It’s not really a one sided genocide but rather a war.

I still remember reading fate of the Jedi all those years ago, I believe it was also the first appearance of Darth Krayt! It was also nice that they gave us an explanation for the power of the Mortis gods.

I always wondered what would happen if Luke and/or Anakin ever decided to bathe in the pool of knowledge and drink from the font of power. It’s a pretty scary thought since they were already insanely powerful but they would probably straight up become the most powerful force users in all of existence by a long shot. For those of you who don’t know the font of power and pool of knowledge are basically a pair of force nexuses that gave the Mortis gods their powers. The son drank from the font of power (dark side nexus) and became powerful In the dark, the daughter bathe in the pool of knowledge (debatably either a light or dark nexus) and became powerful in the light, and the father (implicitly) used both. The mother, a human woman with no power whatsoever also used both and instantly became more powerful than the son and daughter combined eventually becoming the most powerful force user in the entire legends canon.
