What are the best burst classic (Hasbro preferably) attack types besides valtryek, spriggan and xcalibur?

Can I use two hasbro beys and one takara bey as my 3 as long as they don’t have mixed parts? Because I have a takara and the rest are hasbro for single and dual layers.

Can I use my BEYBLADE x
Can we unban level chips as a test for this tournament? We'd only allow 1 level chip per deck or at least allow a level chip on certain lower-tier layers like Sphinx S4 and Kraken K4.
