AMAZING
So did anyone get this for Christmas? If so, lemme know so we can rock out together. lawl
PS3 version is pretty good IMO. I've almost got everything in easy mode unlocked (I always do this stuff first just so I can practice up on easy stuff.) Anyone else hate the fact that the new guitar doesn't click?

I hate the Rock Band guitar period. lol
Yeah, the Rock Band guitar is pretty terrible...I played it at a friend's house, and it just feels so different from the Guitar Hero one. Are they developed by different companies, or what?

Cherub Rock <3

... lol

Yes, they are. The GH3 guitar is manufactured by Red Octane, while the RB guitar is (I'm assuming; dunno for sure) made by EA.

it was meant to be said like "Well, is this a kooky situation, or what?"

lmao Indeed.
Okay, I seem to be sort of getting used the drums I ALMOST finished Creep and In Bloom, but the whole set up still doesn't feel natural to me. Guitar is obnoxiously easy, though.

I can't believe that as someone who actually plays drums you can't grasp the set in Rock Band.

I find it much easier to play RB than it is to play an actual set.

I'm used to reaching my cymbals. Also, I've never actually had to stay on beat with something. I mostly play alone.
Um... What kind of drummer are you?

Seriously. You always have to keep on beat with something.

Go back to music theory class plz.
yeah dude... start tapping your foot. Sounds easy, but keeping in beat with a hard song sucks

let me tell you, music theory for 10 years lololo
What I meant was I've never played with accompanement to where I have to keep a beat for others to follow. So, following notes that I have to play at a set tempo instead of messing around and learning is hard to get used to. Also, I'm still convinced playing on Medium isn't working for me. The only thing I'm worried about is screwing up on the foot pedal or tom parts. Transition from tom to tom has always been a problem for me. Remember, folks, I've been playing drums for two years with no formal training and on and off practice.

Finally. Although I still don't know if I can afford it, lol. But finally, I can rock out to Cherub Rock in my own way!

Hmm... I wonder how they'll handle DLC on Wii.

So far GH3 has totally failed to deliver on it. Not that they have carp to offer anyway, but even so.
