Ridiculous School Rules

Wow, I'm amazed you were able to keep your sanity in a school like that. Hope you have fun in college! Smile

Thanks! I hope College is better.
Here are my school rules, they seem tame compared to others though:
No MLB logos of any kind (Especially the LA Dodgers, it's a gang logo in my neighborhood)
No HUF Plantlife socks (they have the marijuana plant all over, I have them, but I DON'T SMOKE!!)
No hoods on your head even if its hailing or heavy rain
No beanies, not sure why
No headphones
No skateboards, they must be put in an unlocked area where cholos can easily tag on the boards
No skateboards in your locker, they can take it and call it an illegal weapon
No PDA (public display affection, which means no kissing because it angers the fat kids)

Crazy rules?? I'm actually not sure.

.8 visible stripes on tie at least, or else it's detention.
.No other items other than school stuff(e.g toys, cards, games, sweets) or else it goes in the bin.
.you mustn't wear a coat under any circumstances, or else it's a detention of 30 minutes.
.Do not shrug your shoulders.
.Do not point at anything, it's rude.
.Hair cannot be longer than 30cm ruler length.
.Wear black socks or else, also no odd socks.
.You must do your top button, or, you guessed it, detention.
.You must tuck your shirt in, or that's a whopping detention.
.No cakes, chocolates, sweets or buscuits as part of dinner/pack lunch, only fruit as an alternative, because it's unhealthy, but we have chips and pizza???

You guys should have gone with Strike and I think they'l follow you.

Haaaa. That reminds me of the rules I had during my private schooling days. From pre school to grade school. I had similar rules like *must have short hair* or *tuck in undershirt* and my favorite *must wear dress shoes all the time*. I saw no problem with this since I was kind of immersed into it, but I couldn't stand it after grade 4. I left private schooling for good.

Jail is totes much better than your school..........Neo is right.
I guess you guys haven't seen that movie Scum, which was banned for a shirt time for depicting prison life in a graphic way. I brought seriousness here, Cinnamoroll told me. (My avatar told me)

Sadly, no, I forgot to say that calling someone anything but their official name counts as an insult because they do not know what Jinbee is and think it's an insult. I know it's stupid right?

Sure, call me Jinbee Smile

Though I may have made that particular rule worse than it really is. Well you can only refer to others as their proper names but anything else even the most minor like "Silly", "Stupid", "Goofy" can get you in trouble, even of you were joking with your friends, I also hate that I get into trouble by saying "shut up" but the teachers are allowed to say that to me.

I hate it if teachers always has the right to yell at you.

A few weeks ago I was drawing in lunch time and the teacher told me to stop drawing and I said "Just please wait" and she said "I said stop drawing!" I was like *facepalm* when the teacher walked out in anger........I swear she's the worst. She yelled at me,it's not even her time to teach us yet......

Well mine is similar but what I mean is that isn't lunch time suppose to be a relaxing time like recess? Or is it just the UK?
It's probably just the UK. In my school, the computer lab is closed for recess and lunch, and we can't use electronics of any kind. We're also strongly advised to study on our breaks, and I'm not talking about during test season, I mean year round.

Thank goodness mine wasn't like that though at my dinner breaks I must be just as cautious so it almost doesn't matter, plus I have problems with my school of my own so it's still pretty bad.
