Regents Rumble

In the same style as SummerSmash, (for those of you that managed to attend) we'll be running a tournament on September 12th in Regents Park.
The location will also be the same, Ready Money Drinking Fountain.
For those of you that had any trouble finding it last time, PM us the day before the event, and we'll provide you wth a mobile numbe so you can call us for directions if necessary.
The tournament style will be block round robin, since this worked well at the last event.

The meeting time will be 12pm, and the tournament should start at 1pm.

The main tournament will be MFB only, but free battles will allow plastic and HMS as usual.

Items we'd recomend for you to bring would include food and drink for yourself, a hooded coat or jacket in case of rain, or suntan lotion if the day seems particularly hot.

We'd also rcomend that if you do intend to take part in the tournament, then bring your own bey.

This may sound like an obvious suggestion, but in the past people have come without, expecting to borrow other peoples.
This would not be a problem, but more than half the blades that have been leant to people have either come back damaged from improper use, or not come back at all.
Obviously this has mde people a lot more reluctant to lend out their own beys.

The entry fee will be the same as usual, free with a blader passport (£6 to buy), or £3 otherwise.

We hope you'll be interested in this tournament, and enjoy it as you have done with previous tournaments.

nice vid lee good music 2 Smile
Blitz, you really epically failed against Lee. XD

Cool video though and music seemed to work well.
Just watched the video about 3 hours ago Pinching_eyes_2
It's pretty awesome xD music went well with it.
Only thing I would've added is the blades used, at least in the finals.

You could add annotations to the video you know Wink

i know.

Is it like Lee>all?

Meh, next time i should make sure that even if its not in a tourney/bey point game that the users are using legal beys.
Lol im sorry about the footage we only really filmed the final and a few before it, but next time i will devote myself to the filming and get everyone and all battles, only problem being it needs to fit into a 10 min vid because in the summer smash vids only half the people watched the second one compared to the 1st

And Blittz don't worry you might get lucky one day lol Wink
The second Summer Smash link in your sig isn't working, might be why. :]

Worked this out earlier today...
We were all using DF145, the lower track works better against the higher track in stamina combinations.
Was testing Flame DF145SD against Flame D125SD, and Flame D125SD won consistently.
Next time, you're going down.

I'm sure you will one day. Grin

Also, I don't think I have even gone against Lee yet on top of the fact I haven't done much blading at all but that will change. Cute
Haha Lee everyone (Ellz) knows your technique now you're gonna lose Tongue_out
Lol we shall see, remember its not all about the blade and there is still a certain amout of skill and experience involved lol Tongue_out
IThe quality is good and the video angle. 5 stars!

Oh yeah, the amount of skill for endurance types is MASSIVE! "Now I've got to remember to pull the ripcord hard, with the blade at pretty much any given angle. And then stare intently for three minutes until one blade falls over!"
