No, Carman Melville is a guy. I found a voicebank website and he is under the "Commercial English Men" Category among other Canadian male VAs.
See here.

The goal of female seiyuu's is to bring the "innocence" from children's voices when they voice act for children and possibly teenage boys too. Like Kenta and Yuu they sound quite sweet. (I tried not to relate it to other animes/mangos)

Well, I'm really looking forward to the guy with the wierd rabbit/squirrel/cat's voice actor.

It's just a bunch of adresses...Am I supposed to see something, here?
Furthermore, he wouldn't even have an IMdb page, which indicates a large lack of experience, since basically anyone has a page in there. It's kinda risky to cast an inexperienced voice actor as the main vilain of a series with which you wish to make money.

In all of the time of Pokemon, Ash has only had two English VA's and they were both women. When Ash's voice deepened it was because they changed the VA. (Also on rare occasions, the original VA would give Ash a very slightly deeper voice from the strain on her throat.)

Nah, I do appreciate you offering to take time to do something like that, just to convince the regular freaky-otaku-low-life that I am.
Even if he is a dude, it doesn't erase the fact that Ryuuga's voice sucks. But it is true that the direction can sometime influence negatively a performance and since we're talking about Nelvana, it's probably the case.
Also, if he did voice Grasshop, that means he does have an IMdb, but he's registered as an actress...I'd change that if I were him...
