They can do stuff like have cool battles on the Great Wall of China and have more darker characters like with Toby, but I wouldn't get Universal level. Though I did like 4D, it just wouldn't be my first choice.
Yo, the Great Wall of China battle was awesome!!!! I also like the battle in the city of New York where Gingka and his friends battled against Damian and his team. That battle was straight fire especially when Damian opened the Gate of Hades in the middle of the city. All the normal spectators were like "WHAT IS THAAAAAAATTTTTTTTT?!??!!??!" and ran off. Like, imagine being an adult going to work and see a bunch of kids battling with spinning tops that can destroy things and opening portals to different dimensions. That would be a crazy yet awesome sight to see. I hope we get something like that in Gen 4.

Damian is one of my favorite antagonists, his powers are so awesome.
This isn't another character arc breakdown but I was just thinking about how much Lui has mellowed over the years. He's still a fierce blader, but I like how he's become more down to earth. His interactions with Dante during Sparking were perfection.
Hi guys! Sorry for not on a few days, my left hand was hurting. Guess what: I am subscribed to a 30 day trial of Disney XD alongside with other Kids stations on my cable provider! This means I have clinched to earn a reward to watch Beyblade Burst Rise and Beyblade Burst Surge live on Disney XD, alongside with watching the other Beyblade through Disney XD On Demand (only some of the episodes are available on demand, except DisneyNOW has all of the episodes).

My parents said that Disney XD alongside with Disney Junior, Nick Jr., Nicktoons, TeenNick, Boomerang Network, Baby TV and Animal Planet are only free and valid throughout the mouth of June, but then it’s gonna go lock back up on July 1, 2021.

Last day for me and my siblings to watch Disney XD: June 30, 2021
I think it's funny how people complain about Lane and the Asahi Brothers having plot armor whereas they barely say anything about Gwyn. Like, HELLO? The dude is probably the definition of Diabolus ex Machina. This dude comes out of nowhere and beats Drum, Arthur, and Delta with no training or experience.  This dude even pulls moves out the back burner.  For example,  Gwyn used Superior Turbo, Bigbang Pulse, and Superior Bigbang literally out of nowhere!!!! But somehow, people want to complain about how the Asahi Brothers suddenly used Twin Limit Impact during the battle against Valt and Rantaro.  There were even times when Genesis was supposed to burst from its blades getting pushed in but didn't due to plot.  Sure, Lane's victories might seem like BS but at least he had training and experience to back it up. But in Gwyn's case, dude's a whole plot device. And even though Gwyn is Op for no reason, he's still one of my favorite characters. I was just highlighting how inconsistent people can be with their complaints and criticisms.

Honestly, they kind of have a point. People definitely had issues with Gwynn but the criticism Gwynn was receiving even around the time GT was airing was honestly nowhere near the amount of criticism Lane and the Asahi bros had, and have continued to receive even throughout their entire respective season and beyond its conclusion. After actually reading through their points I have to admit, there is no denying that Gwynn is a little bit more ridiculous than the Sparking bladers. Despite that, I can definitely see some appeal to the other side of the argument as well. The thing about the Asahi bros and Lane is that they weren't just disliked for their weird and sometimes void progression, but also for their awkward, bland and arguably somewhat cringey personalities. Gwynn, on the other hand, was actually well received as a character and is seemingly much more creative and complex when compared to the aforementioned characters so people can sometimes look beyond his inconsistencies.

No, it's not "Just me who missed those days". My friends also saw the same thing.

Yeah, Gwyn was one of a kind which is why he's one of my favorite characters.

Don't forget about the fact the reason why lane & the bros was critize is because the where fighting legends. While back an gt Gwyn wasn’t so even if he had plot armor its not going to have the same effect at all he didnt beat the likes of free, shu, lui, valt, aiga or sisco at that time. He didnt take them all at once or 1 vs 2 them compare to lane. To be honest its not a good to compare them

That's true as well, Lane was a little bit too much in that regard.
New Beyblade Burst fanart from Beyblade Sakuga Animator Hanako Ueda.

That's some nice fanart, it has three of my favorite Cho-z characters: Fubuki, Suou, and Aiga.
To give my own take on the discussion regarding Gwyn, Lean and the Asahi Brothers. I'll at least grant Gwyn that he's meant to be a supergenius and has witnessed and studied battles many times. Now of course, it is a bit of a stretch to say that their skill can get to that with less experience. My problem is more the Asahi Brothers than Lean.

Like someone mentioned, Lean had the excuse of being experienced prior, which is why I didn't mind Bell being strong, it was established he was experienced already. With the Asahi brothers, neither of them had prior experiences similar to Gwyn, but don't even have the excuse of being supergeniuses, neither of them are exceptionally smart. A big issue I have related to this is that the Asahi brothers are main characters. Gwyn and Lean were at least supposed to be main villains, but the Asahi brothers being the people we follow for their journey, their journey is the "underdog" type journey, which makes their sporadic progression more concerning for me. In their defense though, the Asahi Brothers only beat most of the legends as a team or battle royale, rarely is it from solo. My main problem is just that they're boring as hell.

I have criticized Lean before, but that mainly came from him being incredibly boring to watch after a while. It's not necessarily due to his high win record, because keep in mind, Lean's lost 5 times (practice battle included), and someone like Phi lost only 3 times, and one was on purpose. The thing is, Phi is a far more entertaining and fun character to watch, people like Phi for many reasons, but if a character is boring and not interesting, people start noticing the little issues around them because they aren't engaged. This isn't really factual, but it's how many, including myself seem to feel.
So I'm watching G Rev for the first time, it's not bad. I'm interested to see how they progress the story.

I assume you've watched V-Force and 2000 (Original season) before hand, right? By the way G Revolution is my all time favorite season, hope you have fun with it! By the way, on the topic of skipping seasons I'd say they're detached enough so you could, but it's better if you didn't.

From what I understand V force isn't particularly good and season 1's graphically dated look is a bit much for me, but I already know that
so I decided I could afford to skip those.

V Force gets quite good about halfway through, and I personally got used to the original style very quickly. Either way, here's some more info about the main cast and 2 antagonists you missed

I'd say that watching the first season helps, because G-Revolution makes references to events there many times, there are characters who get more in their introduction in the first season, and don't get as much in G-Revolution, so it gives a bit more context.

V-Force feels a bit more detached, as it only really helps viewers see how Hilary got into the team and that Tyson won the championships twice. In the Japanese version, it'll explain Daichi more, but the dub changed that so if you're watching the dub, then it's not a big deal.

I knew a lot of that information just in doing research on different things so that's another reason I elected to skip them.

That's cool and for the most part you should be prepared to G Revolution but I still highly reccomend not to skip them. You can actually find both of them completed on the official Beyblade youtube channel.

Let's talk about how they make Hikaru dirty and Hyuga the best. Also they give Hyuga rank 17S and to Lean rank 2S

In the manga Lane and Hyuga were given additional legend spots.
