Random Beyblade Anime and Manga Thoughts

You are right, I do not know why I even forgot about that "famous" couple between Ginga and Madoka ...

So, to summarise : no discussion on pairings that are just not official.
I'm sorry to burst in with something irrelevant like this, but I don't think the 'mindless' was actually called for.
I completely understand that you want shipping to be kept away from the WBO and it probably was really just an off-hand remark, but it's something I have to argue.
There are tons of different pairing-makers, naturally, but a majority of them puts a lot of thought into what they do. They analyze the interactions on the series, find out why it works and why it won't work, work out ways around it... I'm not going to make this an advertisement for shipping, there IS a lot of strange stuff out there, but shippers do often put all of their mind into what they do instead of none of it. Let that be a good or a bad thing. Just... needed to get this out here, since I am prone to overemotional reactions. I just had to think of the amount of time, feelings and research work I spent on getting Beyblade couples to work realistically or even pointing out why they are dysfunctional that I guess this struck me in the wrong way.

And to get back on topic and give this post at least some kind of meaning relevant to the thread's subject:
I'm not sure how I feel about the fact that Daidouji has actually a lot in common with those influenced by the Arrange System (counting Reiji and Ryuuga in here, since I feel like they have been involved with at least an earlier version of it somehow).
The differently colored bit of hair is only one thing, the dark aura coming from his body in heated battles is another. But he also seems to have his personal 'bersek button' like most of the others have, that being 'fun in beyblading'. Even though only Ryuusei really brought out the angrier and more serious Daidouji.
It's only a loose connection, but it's been running through my head for a while.
It might be less a link to the Arrange System than to the dark power Ryuuga and Reiji are influenced by. It would match, timeline-wise. And that would support the assumption (or is it already canon?) that the Arrange System might actually be looking to partly imitate the dark power, which in itself has been to difficult to handle?

This is all brought down though by my interpretation of Daidouji's personality; I don't believe he would subject himself to half-baked experiments.
It is not because something would or could work that it actually exists. People seem to believe it though.
Ah, okay, so the problem was drawing the line between official and not official.
My problem here was that I understood you called making pairings in general fanwork or discussing them as possiblities 'mindless'.
If it's merely about assuming them to be actually official on the show, then I have nothing to argue. That is interpretation and mostly not very convincing. Believing it may be fine, but it should not be said as if universal law.
Okay, since Apple Blossoms has posted before I did I just reply to the (Daidouji) Dark Power - Arrange System thing. It seems quite obvious that they are connected. It has been stated Daidouji actually worked with (for) Ziggurat/ Hades Inc. and got L-Drago (the Dark Power (and Ryuuga)) for him. As long as Damian is not as old as he is in his flashback (he hasn't grown since then so this is possible considering how Toby's body changed. But I don't believe Damian is like... 7 now, too? XD) Ziggurat has planned all this for lots of years.
And Damian in episode 100.. well... He reminds you a lot of other people influenced by Dark Power.
I may write some other things down one day, too (because they have much more in common).
Is the non-official becoming so popular that makes everyone think is official.

Back to the topic, the Arrange System's teories is a cool thing to write in the Fridge section of the Tv Tropes' Metal Fight Beyblade page. Looks intrigant.
I don't understand why Ziggurat modelled the effects of the Arrangement System of of the effects of the Dark Power, after he saw how hard it was for Ryuga, the strongest blader known (at the time) struggled so hard to overcome it. The force nearly killed Ryuga, and he's... well, he's... the Dragon Emperor...! How could Ziggurat expect commoners to succeed in honing the 'scientific dark power' he created?
It's almost like he was a mad scientist or something.

Indeed! A mad scientist who thought he was better than even Einstein! That b*****d!!! The likes of him could never surpass Einstein! It really aggravated me, the way he kept badmouthing kids. I was so happy when Zeo kicked that doctor's butt! Zeo became my new hero! ^3^
Haha, well he WAS a mad scientist and he clearly did not care about the dangers of his doings at all.
When they introduced the Arrange System it was stated that what... 2000-something children who were experimented on would never be able to use a bey again, due to being mentally and/or physically disabled.
That's not exactly someone caring and nice would do.
Ziggurat does not care about the children at all and he doesn't seem to have any respect for them... or life in general. He was willing to let people abuse the spircal force to destroy entire countries in war, he would not even have cared.

I personally do like him a great deal as a character, mostly because to me he doesn't seem to be about money either. I like to think of Ziggurat as a person who understood the mechanics how human society works, how destructive it is, and lost all of his idealism over it. He's after power because he knows that's the best a human can achieve in this world. He wants to prove his science right because science are the only real thing. Idealism is not something you can touch. The laws of physics, chemics and biology are a given, so if he can influence that, then it's the ultimate proof that he achieved something.
I don't know why, but I have the idea that Rago might be voiced by Dan Green in the English dub of Beyblade Metal Fury.

*sighes nostalgically* Once again, You or SouPudeliK have helped me to see a character from a new point of view. Thank you for that post!

The only 'villan' character I was ever able to understand without AppleBlossoms or SouPudeliK's help was Jack. I guess that's because I'm an 'artist' too, and sometimes I feel like he does. I want to leave my 'artistic' mark on everything I see, hear, smell, and touch. Jack is probably one of the best villan characters in MFB, excluding Ryuga (of course), in my opinion. He was just... Jack... My sister and I always say that whenever we see someone who is obsessed with art and creativity. "He/She's a Jack!" Yes, we can be pretty silly sometimes...
I was really hoping to see an actual battle with Screw Capricorn,Not just Ziggurat getting rocked by Zeo XD I was hoping Ziggurat's Capricorne was strong like Klaus'.

His bey was called Spiral Capricorn, not Screw Capricorn, and Klaus' Grand Capricorn wasn't the only strong Capricorn bey in the anime. Joyful_2 There was also Tobio's Storm Capricorn.

@ Vortex-S: Ahhh!!! I hate nostalgia!!! I have Netflix streaming on Wii, and all of the Metal Fusion episodes are on there, so I'm able to watch them a lot (in good quality) there! Joyful_2

No,the bey was originally Screw Capricorne, and Hasbro changed it to Spiral Capricorn.....
I'm watching Metal Masters, and there's just one little thing that's bothering me. In the first two episodes, Galaxy Pegasus is this amazing Beyblade that can destroy boulders and defeat Ray Striker in a single move. Yet in the third episode, it kinda sucks again. I'm confused as to why they made it so powerful to start with. Yeah, his new competition is supposed to be on par, or better than him, I get that. But if that was the case, wouldn't it just be a more explosive and epic match? XD

Well, Ginga can't control Galaxy Pegasus in the first episodes. If you look at later battles (such as Ginga vs Damian) there you have your more explosive fight.
I don't think this deserves it's own topic since it's just a rumor...

I found this in on the Wikipedia page for Beyblade:
"A live-action/CG film is planned from Illumination Entertainment and Universal Pictures, the production team responsible for the 2010 summer blockbuster Despicable Me."

I couldn't find any info on this, so I assume it's not true, but hey.
I can almost swear that it is not true.
Considering that it's from Wikipedia, and multiple searches came up with nothing, it's pretty much guaranteed.
Everything I put will be in one big spoiler (this is just from the video and the pictures)

Except that Amaterasu represents the exact contrary of Wolborg : the sun.

You also just missed a whole conversation on how that woman was most likely Shiva.

i did notify that with that pun "polar oppisite" but still It was a random thought i had nothing more I just wanted to put that out...
Pfft, a Beyblade live action movie would never be able to beat the quality of King of Warrior EX.
