There’s no definitive worst, but I would say omega dragoonis since it scrapes way to much for it to actually be effective.

He’s not weak, he’s just not the best. I said that he can’t protect himself from low attackers, but I didn’t say he’s utter trash. Libra has the best stamina tip (well second best) and can beat beys that are higher than it.
