Whenever you post, you should see an Attachments section right below the text rectangle and right before the "Send" button. If you use the Quick Reply however, of course you will not see it.

how come whenever i try to upload an avatar it says to make it smaller and i made it small but it still wouldnt let me upload the picture! can anyone help me with this?

Just read the rulebooks on what can and cannot be done to the launcher. Most of the time you cannot modify it though, obviously.

Also, that is false. Customizing is always better. Do not give wrong information to people.

Also, Red_Eyes_Zombie, your file was 962x605 ... Definitely too big for the 120x120 limit. You must have saved your whole Paint window with all the excess white around it and the actual avatar in the upper left corner. I will cut it and add it for you.
