Is there a way how you guys make the WBO so that you can upload videos form anywhere?

You can't upload anything directly onto the site anymore because its an easy way for spammers to, uh, spam.
Instead, all videos and images are hosted on another site and linked here. You can paste a link to any video from any video hosting site. I think YouTube and some others might show small preview screens here if you paste the link through the video option in your toolbar. The icon is a small television and the drop down menu lets you choose the host.
Is it tournament legal to use flame with bd145 in boost mode?
It isn't since that is an illegal modification.

I don't exactly think it's modification: Flame is just another Metal Wheel that is compatible with BD145 in Boost Mode.
It isn't legal, it was never intended to be used with any other Metal Wheel other than Hell for Boost mode. I didn't even know it could fit without replacing the track with a regular 145?

What ? "Just another Metal Wheel that is compatible" ? There is only one Metal Wheel actually compatible with BD145 in Boost Mode, and that is Hell. No other Metal Wheel is intended by TAKARA-TOMY to be compatible.
Are there's any rules on creating fan clubs? I have one written up, but want the A-OK first
I was looking at my profile and looked at my date of birth and it says 07 1998. It doesn't display my month of birth. I dont if thats just what December does or what. I think July or June does something weird as well. It appears like Ju& or something like that. I think that's been posted before though.
I'm just curious why mine does that. I set it to display date of birth and age.

It's probably a glitch that they didn't fix
I don't know if this goes in to the WBO category but how do you host a tournament?

Mine does that too. It is indeed a problem with dates that started happening ever since we updated our MyBB version or when we upgraded our PHP version, I think.

Essentially you first need to read and almost learn by heart the following documents :
http://worldbeyblade.org/universalrules.pdf
http://worldbeyblade.org/eventguide.pdf
Then, make sure you own at least one of the stadiums we consider legal. After that, try gathering at least eight confirmed participants in your region for a given date, and finally, submit an Event Proposal.
1 more thing by the sound of 1 of the pages it looks like stamina types are not allowed is this true?
What? Of course they're allowed. Why wouldn't they be?
Just saying a the rulebook is seriously confusing
I understand it just a bit weird
Okay last thing (I hope) there aren't really any bladers in my area do I have to gather 8 people?

Yes, unless you just want to hold an unofficial tournament, you need 8 bladers.
Sorry for not understanding once again but do I have to get 8 in the tournament or 8 to start an official tournament
U need 8 wbo members to have an official tournament
!!! Have or start?

You need to have at least eight confirmed participants when submitting your Event Proposal. We cannot consider Event Proposals with less than that number of people confirmed, because then the tournament might not even work out on the day it happens and it will have to be cancelled on the day ... Obviously we want to avoid that possibility.
Can mods make warning levels go up and down or just up?
Mods can revoke warnings
