Can regular members host contests and giveaways with their own money?

Yes you can.

One example to refer to could be the Xcustoms contest by Nuno:

Is it possible to decrease your warning level?

It is possible for moderators and admins to revoke warnings.

Unless I'm missing something...
how do you make say words instead of Click to View
how do you become a moderator

you have a be a exceptional member, and provide good advice. Once you stand out to mods and admins, your chances of becoming one increase.

Hm, I think that would have to be a proper hypertext link then, like this :

Code:
[URL=http://]This is the name of the link.[/URL]
yep thats it thanks dude
ok now how do i get it to lead to this picture:[Image: 16m69li.jpg]

You do exactly what I told you ? You take the URL of the image, you put it where the "http://" is, and you put something as the 'title' of the link.

Alternatively, if you just post the link itself, the board will automatically make it a link and will open it if somebody clicks on it.
but then it looks like this: Look in my sig

It limits my artistic integrity. Unhappy

EDIT: I can understand it would be because of limiting the size of signatures but I think two is too small.
Hm, it depends how big they are obviously, but at the same time each picture is an additional thing for your computer to download, and some of them are quite slow still. Imagine having ten small animations, that is way too much.

Would bringing the number up to three be too much to ask? Of course if this number were to be abused it can be lowered back down without a problem.

Look at these examples, quote my post (without actually submitting that post with the quote), and find out which strategy you want :

Can you post an example of what you want to use ? Because it would undoubtedly get abused. It is not like anybody reads the signature rules anyway though ...
