how do you put a signature pic in? the code for the banner i want to put in is about 2 pages long, and there seems to be no button that lets me upload it from my computer. i no this isnt really about the WBO but there is no thread where it belongs it seems.

You are correct, there is no button to upload directly from your computer.
one other question has just occurred to me while looking in the beywiki. who is sysops and why are most of the articles only able to be read by them?

ok scratch one question, i looked it up. that leaves the other question. why are they blocking all info about most of the beyblades? i wanted to look up L-Meteo Drago, but it is blocked by them. and also, the Basalt Horogium page is blocked too. i was hoping to get info on it because my mom is buying it for me.

It is purely your choice, you can donate nine times and get a face booster and on the tenth time get a passport if you want.

DeX is right, the first ten dollars are automatically for a Blader Passport. We give you what has way more advantages than just a Face. Personally, you would be really odd if you absolutely did not want to get a Blader Passport ... I do not think you would have an understanding of everything this site has to offer at all.
But say if I'd rather have a Face Booster than getting a Passport since a Passport is of no use in my area (no tournaments)? I know that you can enter in passport only contests, but still it should be on the user's choice.

If there are not 8 people interested in Beyblade in the area the person cannot make a tournament.

I know this is a silly question..but since I am doubtful about this..I would like to know.. does the WBO reimburse a part of the money needed for the prizes of a tourney?
It depends on each situation. We try to, but you cannot expect it, and only a few months ago the World Beyblade Organization was not reimbursing anything at all.
i think you have a glitch or something on the thread called build me a combo! #2. when i posted something, it got stuck or something, in the forum where it shows the thread, it tells me someone posted after me. but when i look on the last page, it only shows my post at the bottom. i can look at the new posts when i go into post a new reply though.
