when you enter a tournament do you have to use three beys?

Not to ours. You can use one Beyblade for the whole tournament, but you can also change your combination after every opponent you face.
Hey guys is it legal to put nail polish on an RF?

Hm, I would personally not think so ... On stickers to preserve them it seems fine, but on a tip which is in constant friction with the stadium floor, I am not certain.

How often do u hold touramnets
Depends where you live.

The real question is : "How often do people who actually live around you hold tournaments ?" We are everywhere around the world, so obviously it depends on the Bladers in your region, not all of us.

where do we put that we won/lost a bey battle so we get bey points.
The tournament host submits those recordings.
If I were to contact Hasbro and try to get them to make an official Tournament in my area but with WBO rules, Would it still be considered an official WBO Tournament? I saw that the Italian WBO did something like this where they teamed up with Hasbro. So I was thinking that I could probably get Hasbro to do the same thing for the English Forum.

We tried contacting Hasbro, it does not work. Hasbro Italy seems a lot more 'friendly' than the one we have to deal with, and even then it was difficult to get them to accept our rules for one single tournament.

You can try, but it will be impossible. asafarakaratara really worked hard.

Ok, thanks for the info. I'm still gonna try though and if it works out well Than I will let you guys know. If I have to than I will call everyday and such. Now I have a feeling I'm gonna end up working my but off just for a Hasbro Tournament. If it doesn't work out I can always organize a WBO Tournament.
Is there anything like a WBO Chatroom of some sort?
I know Kai-V and the mods are all busy, but it'd be nice to get to know you guys, and talk to the mods away from their seemingly intimidating demeanor.. xD kidding about that, but srsly.

Cute
