Rules
First and foremost, if you read only one thing before posting, make it the WBO Community Rules. Knowing them may save you from a lot of trouble. Just to give it some extra emphasis, here is one rule in particular that you should be aware of:

If you're making a post, it should have some content. Meaningless posts aren't OK, nor are one-liners like, "cool!" "LOL" etc. Essentially, keep this in mind: only post if you have something to say.

Help Section
The Help Section (also located in the top right of the forums, below the banner) has answers to any questions you may have about how certain features on the WBO work.

Beywiki
Beywiki, the Beyblade Encyclopedia is a constantly expanding source of information for all things Beyblade. Bladers of the WBO write articles, and they are posted for everyone to learn from. Due to vandalism of the wiki in the past, users must now be approved by the Staff before being granted the ability to post articles. If you are new to Beyblade, it is recommended that you spend sometime reading over the articles on Beywiki; trust us, you will gain a lot of knowledge! Even experienced Bladers are continually learning from it with the new articles posted.

If you're knowledgeable and interested in writing for Beywiki, just post your first draft in the Beywiki Project forum, and we'll look it over and make any necessary corrections.
