Should i get Cyclone Herculeo 105F?

I wouldn't recommend it, unless you want it for collection. Tornado/Cyclone, 105 and F are bad, and Herculeo is meh. If you're mostly a competitive blader, I wouldn't recommend it.

Personally I do not think that they would ship it to you in Canada- the shipping would most likely be atrocious, as is shipping from many foreign countries. I'd just say give eBay a search Also that Quetzacoatl is also a Legimate TT.

Should I buy the launcher rubber or the launcher suspension? Or should I get neither? If so, why?

Launcher Rubber. The Suspension (for me) is really bulky, and it lowers your launch power most of the time. Launcher Rubbers reduce shock if they hit your hand, for example.
