If you like attack get Galaxy Pegasis for it's R2F.
If you're into defense get Ray Gil for it's RSF.
Just overall, which is better?

Well, the useful parts are the tips. So, it is really down to whether you want a defense tip or an attack tip.

W2D doesn't seem anywhere near as good as WD. There seems to be balance problems with W2D. I'm only going off of the videos I've seen, have yet to get one myself.

Ray Gil has 100, And ray is an average to decent attack wheel.
I'd say Ray Gil is best out of the box.
That said, R2F is probably a better tip, as while RSF is considered top tier defence, RS is better for pure defense, and CS is probably more useful competitively, because you won't lose to random newbie combos due to outspin.
Then again, seeing as Right spin attack isn't really useful these days, R2F is probably just as redundant.

So, yeah, buy ray gil.
So out of the 2 4D series beys, which is overall better of the two?

Not enough testing, but Fang Leone beat Big Bang Pegasus in a battle video by daletubat
EDIT: Wait for more testing, Big Bang is now showing some promise on 230, and we don't have data on fang yet.
Fang I guess pretty much is horrible.

But if I were to get a bey, what should I get? Other than Basalt Horogium, because I already got him.
If you have basalt horogium, get Flame Byxis.
Eventually, you wanna aim to make MF-H Basalt Aquario/Bull/Kerbecs 230CS
Let me change it up a bit. I'll give you several sets of 2 beys, and tell me what bey is best out of the two.

1st set: Flame Byxis or Gravity Perseus
2nd set: Big Bang Pegasis or Fang Leone
3rd set: Ray Gil or Hell Kerbecs
4th set: Any other thing you want to add on.
flame byxis for the second set its your call of attack or defence but if you dont get flame byxis dont get BBP becasuse big bang only works well on 230
hell kerbecs
get basalt horogium and ray unicorno for defence and if you dont have a rf/r2f get galaxy pegasis or storm pegasis
I've decided:

-Flame Byxis
-Big Bang Pegasis
-Hell Kerbecs
-Gravity Perseus

Any last changes?

I wouldn't get Big Bang Pegasis until I was sure that it was good to buy, but if you want it for collection purposes it's fine too. If you're a competitive blader, I would suggest Basalt Horogium.
Already have Basalt Horogium.
do you have an rs cs or rsf?
Drop bbp for unicorno. CS is great on mf(h) hell kerbecs bd145cs, mfh basalt kerbecs 230 cs and mf(h) basalt kerbecs bd145cs. all of these are monstrously good beys.
is infinty libra worth 22.50 USD ?
Thunder libra is out soon, which should be similar, however I've never seen infinity so cheap, and thunder may lack the cool paint job. That said, it's not a competitively useful bey.
Yeah that's a really cheap price. Infinity is alright at, a bit below earth in terms of defence and GB145 is pretty good too although there are better tracks for defence now. If you're getting it for collection then you should get it for that price but if you want something competitive there are much better choices.

Ok then. I guess:

-Flame Byxis
-Ray Unicorno
-Hell Kerbecs
-Gravity Perseus

Any other changes?
Buy an MF-H (definitely) and some normal MF's if possible. While you won't be able to make an amazing gravity perseus combo with what you have, but you do get the very very useful LR launcher with it. Make sure you get a TT Perseus though, because sonokongs launchers have breakage issues. That said, while you can't make an amazing combo with it yet, it's a very versatile beyblade, so yeah.
How much are these parts worth?

MF-2
GB145
Earth Wheel
Assault L Drago Clear Wheel (World Domination Book Ver.)

Many of them are top tiers. So they are worth it.

This doesn't help him at all, he's asking for a monetary valuation, not an ambiguous reply. If you can't answer the question accurately, don't.

That said, Soldier-F3AR,very few people sell parts individually, you may be able to find prices from Buzztoyshop on ebay, or toywiz, however I cannot at all guarantee people will pay those prices.

Again, see what others are asking for them. The Assault LDrago CW is somewhat rare, so you might get something from collectors for it, but again, look at other people selling it, if no one is, no-one really knows what they're worth.
would pisces be a worthwhile buy
Apparently, MAYBE: http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-Megalodo...rth-Drowns

Thermal seems to beat Earth based LTSC's pretty reliably, however, (MF) Hell Kerbecs BD145WD (and CS) is probably the best stamina type out right now, and it can beat them pretty easily too, and there's no testing of thermal vs that, but yeah, it's quite likely a useful part.

Pisces also works well on Screw, if you have it, in screw pisces 90rf, though as it's right spin, I doubt it'll be effective against newer heavier/230/rubber tipped defense combos, haven't tested it, but I doubt it'll work.
This is because Pisces exposes more of screw than any other wheel (though horogium may be a good substitute), which allows for maximum upper SMASH (not upper attack). It also looks pretty nice on screw, with a clear or transparent-yellow facebolt (basalt horogium or kerbecs facebolt), IMO Tongue_out

T125 is okay for stamina, some people think it's great, but yeah, eh.

ES is pretty terrible. Unstable, doesn't work as it's supposed to, probably useless, some people got semi-passable results on 230, but you can do better.

It's an average blade, it's up to you. I like it, because it's a nice concept, but yeah. Not the most useful, but it IS better than dark wolf and most of the legend series (though some of them have decent tips I guess).
