No, even Storm Pegasis is a much better choice. Read the "what to buy in MFB" thread that you were PM'ed when you joined the WBO.

Example: Earth Aquila,Storm Pegasis, Lightning L Drago, Pre-HWS Virgo are all good choices.

If you are looking for an ultimate Beyblade, this is it. I found it rather interesting to note that it can withstand attackers, kill smashers and outspin Stamina types.

RS is trash and should hopefully be outclassed soon.
