Purchase Consultation (MFB + Burst)

I have to choose between Prototype L-Drago 105F and Meteo L-Drago LW105LF. In aesthetic, I mainly prefer L-Drago 105F but I heard about it's light weight, causing high recoil. Meteo L-Drago is apparently a good choice for spin stealing but anyway, wich one should I buy ?

Meteo L-Drago does show potential in Limited, for combos consisting of Meteo L- Drago CH120EWD, Meteo L-Drago F230(G)CF, etc.

L-Drago 105F hasn't really had any official Limited testings from what I know of, although it can be nice for collection purposes. On the topic of official Limited testings for this bad boy, if you did end up deciding to make the purchase, you can always get some valuable testings done utilizing a couple of variations involving the PRE HWS L-Drago, possibly even making a discussion for it.

Snap that, was a good choice for spin stealing, if you're referring to the Standard Format meta game. It kind of got left behind later on in 2011 once the 4D system came along. If I could recall, L-Drago Guardian/Destroy BD145RDF was the next step up from Meteo variations. And of course, the Dragoon chrome wheel decided to tag along being superior to the two, as well.

Now, the pros and cons of buying the two:

With all of that being said, it's now up to you for your final decision, just judging by the amount of pros and cons.

Edit: By the way, nice job on that competitive necessities list, Echizen. (•◡•)
Hmm, not totally sure, but I think I will go with L-Drago 105F. I already got Hasbro's L-Drago Destructor LW105 LF (sure it is light, but still legal in Limited) and like you said it shown best spin stealing abilities than Meteo L-Drago. I think I'd like to try to put the PRE HWS L-Drago wheel on the competitive list, I'm sure that it have some hidden capacities that we've not yet tested. Perhaps MF L-Drago 85RF... Chief 2002 - Hmm ...
From my non-competitive testing, 85 on L Drago has waaaay to much recoil. Tracks such as 100, 105, T125 ect. Do way better on L Drago then low tracks. It probably does have use in limited now that I think about it, but Lighting will always/almost outclasse it IMO. I course it would be awesome if you could get a discussion thread up, though!

Sorry to get off-topic, hah.
In the first lot, you have 2 top tier attack AR's.(Cross Griffon and Upper Dragon). 2 top tier Defense/Stamina/Compact AR's.(War Lion and Tiger Defenser)You have a decent Weight-based Defense custom. And the best Support part in Plastics.(Voltic Ape's)

In the second one you have a Top-tier attack AR(Trygle), a top tier Defense/Stamina/Compact AR(tiger Defenser). And you can make:

Ar: Trygle
WD: Not sure
Base: Dragoon F's/Driger F

And that's about it. I'd go with Lot 1. It's a decent price, IMO.

In the third lot, it's not worth it. Master Dragoon is in the first lot.

In the fourth one, there's a $150 Beyblade in there, but you can't have it, Cuz' it's mine! Wink It also has Tiger Defenser, Upper Dragon, and War Lion

In the fifth lot, it's a decent price, for War Lion, Wolborg 4, Gaia Dragoon V, and Tiger Defenser. I'd say its a toss-up between the first lot.

In the sixth one, Eh, not as good as 1 and 5.

Edit: When you add like 5 other ones? Haha
The first has great parts. Id say get it.

Second has pretty good parts, a couple rares. Not sure if it's worth it.

Third lot has good ARs (and storm grip base) and cheap. I say get it.

Fourth: it's worth a lot of money (rares beys). Good parts too. Get it, price might shoot up doe.

Fifth: good parts, not sure if it's worth 50 bucks though .

Sixth: get it. I see good parts . Plus dragoon V2 isn't cheap nowadays.

Hahaha, I didn't want to keep posting "How about this one?" so I hoped to get them all in before someone answered. Thanks much though, and you to DRANZER KING, I'll keep my eyes on all these lots Grin I can see it's gonna be a fight for that fourth lot...

No problem. Smile Check my edit'd post. Smile

Guess it is. Lol, I may not even bid on it, I have some other purchases in mind.

Edit: And DRAZNER KING; it doesn't have Dragoon V2's base, I think.

Dranzer GT isn't worth $150 used.

EDIT: oh yeah, the parts seem to be mixed up in lot sixth. It would be a gamble getting it since you don't know if the DGV2 parts are there. It's not as good as the others, although if you can get it cheap I say go for it.
I'm pretty sure it is. Neo bought one for $110 and claimed he got it for a great price.

It has it for $100 on the Price Reference list, and everyone knows the selling amrket is higher than that of the list.

Edit: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Beyblade-A-117-D...1c43407204

$460 for a NIB one.

$118, used. Stickers properly applied, only missing one minor base sticker.
EG works like a charm.
Bit applied perfectly straight.
With the box, Takara.
$460 for that..!?
Insane Oki..
Can you give an accurate price for what one is worth, Neo?

Oh, and this should have been asked in Plastics Q&A thread. This is for MFB.

If he got the sonokong NIB one with the grip I saw, it was a good deal. (EDIT: I guess not! )

I can find a fake MFB for $100, doesn't mean it's worth it, haha.

Well that seller, seems kinda crazy, haha. $65 for a NIB Driger V2? $22 for a Driger G? And half the items aren't even Beyblades.
Dark Dragoon, in the box. Is most likely 100% complete, for 2000 yen...worth it?

I'd say so. But that would go in the plastics q and a thread.
I asked how much a beyblade was worth and if it was a good price. Sounds like I was in need of "consultation" of a pending purchase. Although if I had asked about the actual Dark Dragoon Beyblade and not its worth, that would go in Q&A, no?
This topic is exclusively for MFB, as it says in the title.
No need to apologize. Smile Were here to learn.
Due to the previous dwindling numbers of my collection (selling, as I thought I was quitting beyblade), I've come to find that I need a few more before I'm completely tournament ready. I have about 150$ to spend this time, and I need some suggestions on beys to buy that have parts which have good competitive use. Any limited edition beys would be cool too. Halp?
Get the ronin dragoon, bandid Genbu, phantom Orion, both sychrome DX sets and the ultimate DX set.

Just there you have
stamina: Duo Pegasus 3 B : D/SA165WD/TB or Genbu/Reviser/Killerken Dragoon B D/SA165WD
Defence: Reviser Killerken E230MB
Attack: Balro/wyvang Balro S130/SA165LRF
Balance: Duo Pegasus 3 230MB or Wyvang Dragoon SA165LRF or Duo Pegasus 3/Genbull Dragoon F230GCF.

Those are great combos, your basically set for standard or zero G.
Phantom Orion (use BGrin)
Dark Knight Dragooon (use Dragooon)
Pirates Killerken (use Killerken)
That should cost about $30 and is a top tier combo in Zero G.

Duo Uranus (use Duo)
Dark Cancer (use Cancer)
This should cost about $20 if you can get a good discount on Ebay. Use W145 from Dark Knight Dragooon and the WD from Duo Uranus to make a top tier stamina combo in Standard and Zero G.

For Limited:
Meteo L Drago (use the wheel Meteo L Drago)
Evil Beafowl/Midnight Rex (look for the cheaper of the two on Ebay and use the EWD)
Use the CH120 from Dark Cancer.
Put it together and you have a top tier spin-stealing stamina combo for limited.

Earth Eagle/Earth Virgo (find the cheaper of the two and use Earth)
Gravity Perseus (use AD145)
Use Cancer from Dark Cancer.
Use the WD from either Gravity Perseus or Duo Uranus.

...these are just a few competitive combos and if you buy all this you should still have money left over as long as you look for the best deals.

Some cool Limited Editions that you can get pretty cheaply are Divine Chimera, Sol Blaze, Reviser Orejya blue recolor, Omega Dragonis, Burning Claw Fang Leone red ver., & the red Thermal Lacerta recolor that comes with a MFB DVD.
In addition to what The Supreme One said, you should probably think of picking up a Bandid Genbull and Thief Phoenic to make Genbull Dragooon F230GCF. This combo is dominant in Zero-G format, and while not as good in Standard, it is by no means a bad choice.

Killerken Dragooon B:D is also viable in Standard as well.

If you're thinking about Limited, the BB-96 Super Deck set is one of the best things you can buy, as pretty much every part in it is competitive in Limited.
