LR launcher is a very useful launcher, Ultimate DX set is good because you get good parts, Phantom Orion has a 7 minute spin time, and you could sychrome with dragoon. You pick between those even though those would all be good buys.

Flash Saggitario for the Flash Wheel. It's top-tier in attack.

You could get Phantom for stamina (and I believe it has mediocre attack, iirc?), but Flash Saggitario would be your best choice.
