Both are really overpriced. Look on ebay, and if you can't use ebay for whatever reason, Dimsum2u also has them cheaper than both of them.

Yeah, Dimsum2u has almost everything cheaper, that's why he is my favorite seller.

You're welcome.

I have a $120 budget what should I buy?
Please consider that I already have the following parts:
PS: They're all Takara Tomy if that bit of information matters at all.
Strongest Blader Set, or a DX set would be a good buy. A Beat Lynx would be a good one as well! You could also save your money! XD

Well, I really don't need another UW145, RS, 100, Basalt, or EWD. Blitz doesn't "strike" me as a need to have bey you know? For the DX set if I buy it the only parts I'd use are Duo, MB, and LRF because I already have 230,WD,XF,Beylauncher L/R, and Metal Face-H x3. Also do I really need 4 MLD and 4 Gravity Perseus's?
Hi I was wondering if there are any good beyblades with vital parts to get a good collection started thankyou.
Twisted Tempo, Hades Kerbecs, Ray Striker, and Meteo L-Drago are good buys if you cant get TT or SK beys, but if you can, Phantom Orion, Ultimate DX set, Variares, Strongest blader set, and Beat lynx are better
What would be a good choice for a first HMS Beyblade?

I've been bouncing around ideas such as DEMS, Wolborg MS, and Samurai Charger MS, as well as others, but they're out of my price range ($25 is my absolute limit ATM). I know that won't really get me far in terms of competitive parts, but I just need some decent beys.

Draciel MS' 15 gram Circle Wide could be of use from what I understand.
Wolborg MS is a definite yes.
Dark Effigy/Death Gargoyle... I'll let Hazel handle this one Tongue_out_wink
Samurai Changer isn't a super necessity, imo, but it is [slightly?] better than Circle Upper at upper attack.
Slash Upper of Slash Riger MS is a nice upper/smash hybrid, from what I've read.
I'm not sure if you can get those for under 25. roux was selling a 20 dollar Jiraiya MS before, you should see if you can buy that. The AR from what I heard is great at smash, Bearing Core 2 was one of the better defense RCs then.
Pretty much anything that you would need/use effectively is found on BeyWiki. Gaia Dragoon's AR and Driger MS' AR are suitable substitutes for certain ARs, though not as great [see BeyWiki]
I personally have little knowledge of HMS, but from what I've read and seen around here, this is where I got most of this information, that, and BeyWiki Tongue_out
Samurai Upper is actually very noticably superior to Circle Upper, considerably enough so to warrant a purchase even if you already have a Mold 2 Circle Upper. Draciel MS' Circle Wide is the only one worth really using competitively.

Priority in terms of basic out-of-box-function: Wolborg > DEMS > Samurai > Jiraiya

In terms of overall potential: Wolborg > Samurai > DEMS > Jiraiya

While Defense/Compacts may not have had a super strong presence in HMS, Jiraiya compact customs can still do a pretty fair job!

B:D is also very good stamina wise although it is really easy to knock off balance and to knock out.
Hmm... in the event I receive a $25 eBay Gift Card from my parents for a part of my Christmas gifts (I put it on my list, lol), I am having trouble deciding which of these two beys to buy;
Wolborg 4
or
Wolborg 2.
I've been thinking Wolborg 4 mainly because it looks cool (Yep, I buy beys on looks Cool ) but I don't know if it could be of use.
Then Wolborg 2 because from what it seems, it is pretty useful for defense/zombies according to BeyWiki, and a specialized upper attack combo that I saw on I believe the Master Dragoon article...
Basically, I'm asking if I should go outside of the box and buy another EG bey or just buy what's competitive Tongue_out
Screw is mostly outclassed, but still decent in a couple combos.
90 is a pretty good track for LTAC and LTSC (Low-Track Attack/Stamina Combinations).
MF Isn't as good as RF, R2F, or LRF in terms of pure attack, but it has more stamina than them.

Overall, I'd say it's pretty good.

Wolborg 4's usage is mainly [Zombie AR]/10Balance or Wide Defense/wolborg 4 base and eg. It's a pretty solid combo, that kills a lot of things, including some zombies.

Wolborg 2's SG Shaft is THE shaft for defensive zombies/grip defense, the base is outclassed for zombies, but not too terrible, and very useful with Driger F's Shaft (In Dranzer S's Casings), as an unconventional upper attack setup.
The specialised upper attack combo on beywiki? Ew. There are some really iffy combo's on there, to be honest.

I did a rewrite of it that hasn't received any attention aside from one seemingly unrelated question: http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-Wolborg-2-Rewrite-Draft
Personally, though, I think it's a big improvement.

Wolborg 2 is generally the better bey, though as always to use it to it's full potential you will need wide defense.

Ehhh, most of the parts aren't THAT useful anymore, your money could probably go to better uses.

Thanks for all that info!
I'll buy Wolborg 2 first Smile
Wolborg 4 can wait a little bit longer Tongue_out
Now... to find somewhere to buy a Wide Defense weight disk XD
Look around the forums, hopefully someone should have them. They're the best (legal) weight disk in the game, so they can be hard to find at times, and they generally aren't cheap. But, for a defensive zombie (and smash attackers, and some upper attacks and weight based defenders, and for adding defense to zombies, and for certain spin stealers, etc etc etc), it is a must-have part!
