Probably not too long for the regular version. Allatkorea usually acquires them quite quickly. If you are referring to the Black Hole version i doubt it will ever be on ebay.

No, it doesn't usually take the top ebay sellers that long to get the new releases It will be around a few weeks (2-3 weeks.... 4 weeks the most) until they get them.

$30-$40 :\ I don't know which sellers you're talking about but once sellers like dickson_c, dimsum2u, buzztoy and allatkorea (the top ebay sellers for MFB) get them, they'll list G. Pegasis up for around $20 -- more or less depending on the seller.

If you are looking for an ultimate Beyblade, this is it. I found it rather interesting to note that it can withstand attackers, kill smashers and outspin Stamina types.

RS is trash and should hopefully be outclassed soon.

I have reopened it, I suppose, even though it is not normal that this product is out so early ...

On the box, at the bottom left, you can see some of the new releases, notably in the bottom row, after Dark Cancer and Rock Escolpio : Thermal Lacerta (I think), Aquario 105F, as well as the three Beyblades in the Deck Entry Set, which are in order Rock Orso, Galaxy Pegasis and Earth Virgo. Some of these might be wrong because of the size of the picture, however I am quite sure. The new colours for the Deck Entry Set look a lot worse than they did on the renders ...
