I believe it'll come with the Disc Evolution part of Nexus, since it is confirmed that Dynamite Baliel will have upgrades to its Blade, Armor and Disc.

Well judging by the leak image the armor part got attached on the driver instead of the disc this is still very unclear since the image is blurry.

Yes, it says that it makes the Beyblade really fast and attack crazily, so I would have too assume it's a driver upgrade.
