Rival isn’t specific and is more so a generic in this situation. The last random booster being Deathscyther is what has primarily convinced me.

Well the last one (RB23) doesn't really convenient for me since the doesn't really specify it as a legend which if they do the it is probably Xcalibur since we know that daina is no longer in the ranks and as for the rival thing 
According to marutti  Wakiya isn't really depicted as a rival in japan

It will be not Genesis because Gwynn is not a rival. But if it’s Phoenix it will be probably logic because Phi IS the rival of Aiga. But remember : we can get the Bey even if the Bey is not in the manga.

Yeah whoever gets the evolution might not appear in the manag and might not be owne by the blader directly

I doubt it would come with regular Atomic, as it's seen a large number of releases already, and Atomic Metal is (almost certainly) out of the question b/c it would be way too heavy.

Have you seen the size of the ball in Atomic? A solid metal marble would increase the driver weight by a ludicrous amount!

You have a good point but think of it like this, atomic already has a weak spring right? Well it’s decreased burst resistance would be amplified by the large increase in weight causing it to burst far more often just like charge metal.
