Honestly I might like the Cho-Z recolours more if they added level chips for them. The only mass release was on Rb13

I know I'm very late on this, but there could be chance that Delta will own Death and Abyss Diabolos in the anime and since the front of the box couldn't fit Delta's render, it could possibly be on the back of the box like Ranjiro's was for RB20. And if Delta is in Sparking, my guess is that he will either use the stock combo for Death Diabolos, the stock for Venom/Erase Diabolos, or use the Generate driver and when he wants to change Diabolos' spin direction, he will just switch the Death ring with the Abyss ring, like he did with Venom and Erase Diabolos. But to be honest, I kind of doubt that Delta will own these beys. And still, I don't really like the stock combos for the beys, I wish at least one of them had a Bullet' driver and had a 2B chassis, I don't care if it was a single or double chassis, and I also wish they gave it a different disc than 4 or 5 since they are outdated, I would have preferred 00 or something else that is not too old.

Hiro Morita has confirmed Delta will be appearing with the new Diabolos in the manga. No news about Diabolos in the anime yet but anime news never comes from Morita since he particularly works on the manga, so don’t let your hopes fall just yet.

If we're are saying the manga then nah because one chapter is usually dedicated to one bey (probably we see him lose to lean at a flash) but if we are saying the anime then it will be yes

See , I figured out how chip works. See the image , these two are just simlar. So the bottom claw design of chip is adjustable .

Maybe due to trying to keep the weights as close as possible, we could see Ch' on aK, Dranzer V, or Burn Phoenix. I think putting it on aK would actually be the most likely since its not a new layer and it has 8'.

I honestly like the colour of the Pegasus chip but it’s paired up with the green Cosmo which really doesn’t compliment it.

TBH, although the Drivers are unclear, I would consider this release as the worse Random Booster in Burst Series.
5 of the 8 layers are totally outclassed and 1 of the other 3 is not that competitive either.
6 of the 8 Discs are outclassed as well and only Wheel and 0 (to help Judgement and Lord's burst stopper) are useful.
No Double Chassis, which in my idea is the greatest part of Sparking system. But none in this Random Booster.
I have never been so disappointed to a random booster release like this.

I want some useful GT Discs like Sting and Blitz, or some Double Chassis like 1A, 1B and 2S, instead of those Core Discs, OG remakes or Super Z Recolours. They can be good when there is one or two, but is just annoying when the majority of the whole set are those outclassed parts

Worse than Random Booster 19 where absolutely nothing was relevant at all short of 0, Destroy', and the Odin chip? Nah, this is far, far from the worst, and looks far nicer too.

Layer-wise it has a very wide range of options, which isn't great competitively but is great for a collector. Just everything here looks so nice.

Disk-wise Wheel is naturally the best pull, but you also have the 4 best core disks (0, 00, 10, 7) plus two of the best second-string alternatives to them (4, 5). 8' is the only really meh disk here, and even then there's a lot worse than that. Yes, I would've loved to see some GT disks make their way in (Convert and Drake are both seriously overdue), but the selection of disks we do have is pretty strong in the core disk front and Wheel is a wonderful sight to see so there's no complaints from me. I appreciate this variety a lot more than Random Booster 13, where only 3/8 disks weren't 11, 12, or 13.

As I said before, I just don't think you can have a double chassis in a random booster with a remake layer. They're just too heavy comparatively, even with the addition of these metal bit chips. I don't think this is so much an issue with TT doing anything wrong, but with your expectations being way too high to be reasonable.

It's a wonderfully done booster filled with the most variety I think I've seen, and everything looks nice to me even without seeing the drivers.

Burn Phoenix and Dranzer Volcano has some collection value, I agree on this point. But I don't think Air Knight, Emperor Forneus, or Cosmo Pegasus would be necessary for collective purpose. They even don't have a special color like those Gold Layers in RB19.
And about the Disks, although 0, 7, 10, 00 are the best Core Disks, we've got enough of them. There have been 15 regular releases for Disc 0, 12 releases for Disc 7, 7 releases for Dsic 10, and 7 releases for Disc 00, not to mention those exclusive products.
To have a more sepecific comparison, I would like to get Burn Phoenix, Knockout Odin, Shining Amaterios, Aero', Angle and Anchor in RB19, while I only want the two new Ring and Diabolos Chip in RB21. I don't think RB19 is worse.
