I've probably got you beat. I'm 29 and other than a pair of steel-toed boots I got for a job I used to have, I've never spent more than $20 on ANY article of clothing (though I've received some more expensive pieces as gifts).

I use my 50% on my jeans. So they go from 40 to 20.
And I bought clearance shoes and jackets.
