The wheel has two different levels, though, while Lightning is just a single one so I'd assume performance would be a tad different, really. While they both have 6 wings when Omega is in Barrage mode, it seems like that isn't worth while at all considering the more 'Blitz-like' mode does better. So yeah..? :V

I need to do more testing, but I prefer Barrage Mode at this point, actually (for the reasons I described in the OP).
