Times:
* Meet up at 59th St. Columbus Circle at 1:30pm underneath the giant globe.
* Head to Heckscher Playground to set up along with practice and free play at 2:00pm. Registration will take place at this time.
* Official tournament starts at 3:00pm

Like all official WBO tournaments, there will be a $5 entrance fee if you don't have a Blader's Passport. You can buy one at the tournament for $10. As you know it allows you to enter any tournament for the next year without paying the fee, as well as giving you the chance to participate in whatever contests or giveaways the WBO may offer.

So far the judges are ikmv, Armored00taku, and myself. As more people sign up I will seek out more judges. The format of the tournament depends on the number of entrants we get. I have stadiums as well as ikmv, but feel free to bring your own Takara Tomy stadiums. It's better to have more so that the free play runs smoothly. Also, I will pretty closely follow the time schedule set up, so please try to make it on time, if not early.

Additional Comments: I remind you all to be very mindful of your belongings. Let's have fun. The weather should be good around this time. Also, I don't care what any of you say. I like the name I chose! Also, somebody should totally make some awesome graphic for this event. ALSO, DO NOT SPAM THIS THREAD!

I'll vouch for your reasoning (excuse sounds too poor) and I'd be the first one to call you out on it if it wasn't for this type of situation.
Don't start anything like this in my thread.

I think it's a good point to make that everyone in our community has been actively growing and none of us should assume that the other will be an easy feat. Look at kcpj. His record for the two previous tournaments wasn't anything special, but now he's going to be on top.

I think that's what makes our game so different. None of us accept defeat.
That's fine. But some people are prideful and take things too seriously, and I don't want a good three pages of my thread being that whole back and forth.
well i'll figure it out bluezee.anyway,my dad said that he'll take me.so ill see you guys at heckshier playground

What, he has not ? He told me he sent them.

If anyone can contact Ikki directly, personally, then do so, he seriously has obligations to do.
he gave me his phone # but when i text or call him he never responds or picks up.
Hmmmm... Should I wear my Len "Secret Police" Outfit on the Jersey Wars or on this one. Or Should I just where my mask again? Hey, I love to make an intimidating appearance. Man, 2 weeks after the Jersey Tournament, I can't wait that long. Oh well, I'll see you guys in the Jersey Wars, then in Heaven Shattering Cup!!!
I'd say to wear something that makes you some what "identifiable" in tournaments like these. So when people see you repeatedly wearing the same thing, they can associate you with your username.

That's just me, but be careful of some NYCers who want to beat you up because you look different...

But it can identify me by my otaku nature. As soon as they see a intimidating Filipino, it's me, even though I am helpful to those who can't or doesn't know. But I think you're over exaggerating on the "beat you up" that's in the Bronx and Brooklyn, Lol, no offense for those who live there, as I live in Queens. Not only that, alot of cops in Manhattan. Uagh, darn I was getting off topic again wasn't I?
Topic <---Jump on that pls kkthxbai
Speaking of, you guys planning on sticking around afterwards? If possible, I'd like to take a picture of all the participants and their Beys, and probably at some local eatery as well.

Edit: Also, if Kinonomi, Dei-day, and/or SkyP (please check my Sig for your nickname listings, though these should be pretty obvious) are interested, after April 10th, would you guys like to help me with something for this tournament? I only have one Beyblade and no stadium, so I can't practice taking pictures for this tournament without a stadium and a second Beyblade. I wanna practice taking good smashing shots, meaning that I have to learn how to time my shots.
lol. it's impossible to time it right unless your eyes are like lightning fast and can catch a beyblade in mid knock out. XD .... unless ur camera is a high speed camera, i'd gladly help you... although i can't make it to tournaments for a while -.-
I practiced with my Storm Aquario by timing it to be in the CENTER of the picture while it's spinning and moving in a circle. I'm always off bit a bit where it's not in the center or when up to half of the Bey is cut off from the side. If I can practice that, then I think I can get some smashing shots if I can time them right.

However, I have to use Flash. For some reason, my pictures are blurrier when Flash is off and my hand moves. I'll be trying to use my tripod as well for some shots, but the best shots are better up close.

The pictures often come out with the Bey's non-spinning form (as if it's completely stopped) and shows little to no sign of motion, which is what I want to capture in physical contact attacks during battles. Even better if I can get them on the side or on the bowl than above them.

so your camera IS a high speed camera! lol. i asked u that before but u never answered. ahh well, pretty sure it's mad expensive.... don't lose it! >:3
I'll definitely be sticking around after. I'm going to be training at the castle part of the playground after the tournament. Also, sure I'll help you.
how many bey points is it
What do you mean by bey points?
I might make it ..... i still need time to convince somebody to take me there since i can't go alone

I've seen that castle area once in a while. Is that place a secluded area?

Then just go and stop whining on the boards.
It's a playground. It's right next to where the tournament is. Actually, it's the same spot.
