I'm looking at a 12:30 arrival. A symphony of delays on every form of transport across 3 states this morning... See you there!

Congrats to Dei, Ga, and Cye! WTG!
Holy the queen dominated!

She was the only person to beat me twice, ha. I got second, went 5-1 in my block (Dei's block, my only loss) and then 4-2 for second in the finals. She went 4-1, and I was tied with Cye at 3-2, who I then beat.

Only 4 people used attack besides me: Cye, Dei, Pyrus and Kaji (though not against me, dammit Kaji and Pyrus). I was forced to spam MF-H Duo Aquario 230 CS/D. Otherwise, I used MF VariAres CH120R2F as well as MF-H Basalt Horogium R145RF.

I was out of practice with Vari, I want a Blitz badly, along with a Beat Lynx. So, pros and cons of today for me!:
Pros:
2nd place yeah buddy
Got a Kreis Cygnus and Thunder Dragon for 45 USD
Had the most amazing trade: a L-Drago II CW and facebolt URS version and a Flame wheel for a Hasbro Thunder Dragon (Takara tip, but misshapen) and an Advance Averazer AR. Grin

Cons:
My Wolborg MS broke...The Bearing Core shattered in half. ;-;
I pulled the worst possible pull from my RB: a Torch Gemios.
I made the stupidest mistake during my battle with Cye that could've given me the win. SniperTM (goddammit Sniper) had my Duo in attack mode, and didn't change it back when I battled Cye's Phantom Kerbecs BGrin. Needless to say, I lost 3-1.

So apparently anti-meta is popular now! Anyways, I had lots of fun, hope to see you guys again soon!
NO
NOT WOLBORG
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
...
AHAHAHA TORCH GEMIOS
Glad to see you using some anti-meta. I LOVE me some anti-meta. Did it win you any battles? (MF-H Basalt Horogium R145RF)

It won me one and lost me one.

Oh goddammit Chody.
That was my first tourney, cant wait to go to another one! By the way does cye do tourneys monthly? Would anyone be willing to trade me a beat Linz at any future tournaments I am in? Really need it.
Good job Cye!

What was your record Arupaeo? Tongue_out

Don't quote this in case Aru doesn't want this seen, he can remove it if necessary. He went 1-5 in his block.
Yup. It was a disastrous day for Arupaeo's beypoints.

But the important part of the day was the strong blader spirit in NYC! It was cold, but 21 hearty WBO souls came out to battle, and had a great time! Smile

It was great to see everyone, and I look forward to seeing you all again soon!
It was MF-H Phantom Aquario TH170WD, not BD

Ack, sorry.

Oh carp, just realized. I think I left my launcher and grip at the tournament. I forgot it after the pictures. Did anybody pick up a white 3Seg with black beylauncher LR and launcher rubber attached? It also had a beypoint card, grip rubber and grip support. I need this pretty badly, so can somebody please be good and report this in so I can give you mailing details or pick it up next time.
Oh Dear he got smacked Gasp

Or you can have them give it to you at the next tourney...

Good job everyone.

Congrats to all especially my beloved son (J317) which whom I am well pleased (Matthew:317), who came in 4th. Shout out to Dei, wish I could've been there to see you win! Looking forward to next weeks tourney in DC!
I think the contacts I got the night before made the difference. They distorted the light enough for me to actually understand what I was seeing so I could finally use attackers.
Did anyone find a basalt? Because i came with 2 left with 0 (traded 1).please return it

Which is why I wrote the bolded anyways? nvm, I found it afterwards.

Cyber Blader was sick, but I wonder where ikmv was today. Don't want to pry, but still.
Congratulations to all of you! But what were the winning combos each of the placers used? I wish I could go to New York tournaments with 20+ people at each event. Not complaining but in NC we get 12-18 people per tournament.
Check the Winning Combinations thread for all of our combos.
I have the money and list of people who bought a passport. Once I deposit the money I'll send it immediately
Did anyone ever find that 3DS?
When I asked shadow's dad, he said someone had turned it in.
