By having the information from the boxes? By using actual photos of parts from the Takera site? Even if it looks AI from the website aesthetic what matters is as long as they don’t spread misinformation. Saying something looks AI without actually providing a reason besides “looks like it” is actually offensive
To be fair, the whole thing's a bit suspicious imo, so I have to disagree. This being their only thread/post, the username being... not a normal username, the hosting site they're using having this as the
only listed project using their services, the hosting site being riddled with buzzwords that are commonly used to promote AI, the combo builder itself having either an AI-generated beyblade or one of those knockoffs as the background banner, the overuse of emojis throughout the site that really don't need to be there (including the sparkly star one, which seems to be used almost universally to denote AI), etc.
The stats at least are probably mostly accurate, as they're just based off back-of-the-box info and the weight was probably copied from someone else's weight doc, but the part descriptions are where it's most noticeable that something's up. Things like 2-80 being described as a "defensive ratchet, best for stamina heavy combos". Things like Bound Spike being described as "resists bursts", Dot "resists destabilization", Elevate being a "tall tip" which "improves reach, but reduces stability", Gear Needle having "good defense and burst resistance", High Needle being "strong against burst", etc, etc, etc.
Also, while most of the site is in English, there's two buttons on the combo builder page (little green mail icon, and navigation arrow to scroll to the top of the page) that have Thai in their links. The Privacy Policy linked at the bottom of the combo builder page is also in Thai. Speaking of privacy policies, back on the main hosting site's page, both the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages are dead links; with the former taking you back to the home page with no visible Terms of Service, and the latter being unable to load the page (my web browser says the site redirected me too many times, which is... concerning).
TL;DR At best, some things like part descriptions are either AI-generated or machine translated from another language. At worst, it's a potentially malicious site in a world where other combo builders with better functionality exist, created by already-known members and groups in the community. Also, at the end of the day, you're still just mashing useless box stats together. While I can't fault it on that alone, as most other combo builders do the same thing, this one doesn't have any other functionality that would make it stand out.
