Is this tournament a round Robin tournament or how is it run?

Tournament structure is determined by the number of attendees; if everyone who is currently signed up participates, the tournament will run with the Swiss system; if it falls past 16 players it will revert to Group Round Robin. For example, at 16 players it would be split into two groups of 8 that would each play Round Robin amongst themselves; the top 2 players from each group would then move on to single elimination finals to determine the winner of those combined top 4.
