Decisions Decisions Decisions. I'm going to a tournament on the 19th and have 2/3 combos set. The only thing I need is an attack type, and I have the bit (Cyclone) and ratchet (9-60) set. All I need is the blade, and I am stuck between two options: Fox Brush J; or the Xeno Xcaliber remake. There are better options, but I want to stay away from the meta as much as possible while having a chance at winning. Which one do I choose as my main attacker?
Need help deciding on something.
Personally, the barrage attack gimmick of FB's 9 edged blade isn't all that good. You might get a good deflection every now and again, but the imbalance of the blade really shows in it's subpar stamina and poor balance.
Xeno Xcaliber is in some regards a reflection of Dran Buster, with the attack directed towards one end of the blade. It hits pretty hard and with finesse in launching, it's pretty capable of winning via extreme, burst or over finishes.

Since Xeno - and by extension Buster - are one hit ko beys, should I switch to Vortex for a more aggressive build with a higher chance of knockouts or should I stick with Cyclone?
Vortex and Cyclone are practically the same thing

As much as I love fox its not exactly crazy strong and you will have a better chance of winning with Xeno. Xeno also gives you 3-60 which is a good ratchet to pair attack bits with(Jul. 15, 2025 11:10 PM)ElDiablo69 Wrote: Vortex and Cyclone are practically the same thing
