name : steep launch

what it does: make beyblade roll on side before correcting itself making it very powerful during this time

I mean a launch i've done for awhile is what me and my friends call the flip launch so what it does is increase the imediate attack and overall stamina so how you do it is by turning the launcher upside down and when you launch it flip it over then launch

plus you can combo the flip launch with the rush launch by just tilting it as launching it

I like cheese

I used to play table tennis and noticed that holding a paddle is quite similar to holding a Beylauncher with the grip, so I would dub mine as a Chop Slide Shoot for attackers on Defensive/Stamina Drivers.

Tournaments in our country usually have a box/stand that elevates the Stadium at around adult thigh level, so this would utilize a sort of table tennis-esque leg stance with your feet a bit wide and your hips roughly on the Stadium height level. Then you hold your launcher vertically near the Stadium (with the end part of the string upwards and your Beyblade almost dangling on either side). Upon launch, you do three things simultaneously:

1. You pull on the string hard and snappy upwards
2. You "chop" towards the Stadium with the rest of the launcher
3. You prepare your wrist for a slight flick for that "slide"

Once your Beylauncher reaches optimal distance from the Stadium legally, your wrist flick should give the Bey a slight boost in speed and if you aim good, you can use recoil attack from stadium wall ricochet upon launch


Another is what I'd call Kunai Slicing Shoot. It is basically holding the launcher with grip in reverse like the ninja tool we see in anime, with the bottom of the grip facing forward and the end part of the string facing back. Your starting position should be something like getting ready to throw Kuuya's Garuda Eagle from behind, with your string-pulling arm over your launcher-holding arm. Then in actual launching, you also do three things:

1. You pull slightly at the string away from the stadium (kinda hard at first since you have limited room to move your pulling hand anyways)
2. You slice sideways (or downward) using your launcher-holding hand towards the Stadium
3. Your waist follows the motion and should stop and lock only when the launcher is at optimal distance from the Stadium where your Bey has entered the Stadium legally

Launching with this may be awkward at first, but once you get the hang of it and are able to predict your opponent's launch style, you'd be pelting your Bey accurately at the opposing Bey consistently for the lols

In tournament play, if you are performing a launch that is anything but a normal launch held directly above the stadium, and it goes awry and you miss the stadium, that will not be counted as a mis-launch; that will be counted as a point for your opponent.

Think carefully and practice before you attempt any kind of esoteric launch. The perceived potential benefits from the launch may not be worth the risk.

Name: Crux Boost

What it does: Makes a beyblade move faster around the stadium, doing a lot of damage to any bey it hits.

How to do: Hold the launcher vertically with the beyblade facing you and the ripcord/string facing upwards. While launching, very quickly tilt your launcher back down so it is horizontal.

Name: Slash Boost

For slash Valkyrie

Go for A rush-launch kind of way and launch at a high angle Slash Valkyrie's Power performance tip will cause it to jump high in the stadium and has a high chance of hitting the bey in the stadium

This is a very simple launch but a strong one that helps preserve the launcher.

You start with a weaker pull then once the bey starts spinning pull as hard as you can.
if using a string launcher pinch the pull handle. So you let go of it when the string reaches the end.

What it does is put less strain on the gears.

I have a couple launches I've been experimenting with I wanna share!

First is the Featherlite!
Your bey is designed to basically eject itself off of the launcher once the ripcord has exited and the gears seize, so there's a good amount of downward force and friction that occurs. Sometimes I see a lot of bouncing. Nearly at the end of your launch, just before the ripcord has exited the launcher, keep your angle level and slightly lift Up with your shoulders for a very precise and soft landing, with less bounce and friction on the launcher clamps. You can adjust your angle to land nearly anywhere, depending on your spin direction, and start a precise attack or a rock hard defense.

Second, the Underhanded!
I see a lot of people that start out at first, and hold the ripcord with a bro fist and pull it out over their head and swing it around like a lasso. I'm exaggerating of course, haha. This may wear down the ripcord and degrade the launcher. Hold the ripcord with your index, underneath instead of over the top. You will pull your elbow towards and against your ribs in a straight line, instead of outward in an arc away from your body. This keeps your elbow and wrist parallel, steady, and dampens turbulence, and you can do it in almost any direction while maintaining your angle.

I totally remember this from the original anime! Tyson did this. Makes sense considering he always went for heavy attack blading.

I have a launch I use for Forneus, It's called the "Waterfall Launch". What you do is jump up with the launcher tilted 45 degrees and bring the launcher down hard while you are launching.

Sniper launch.

Make sure your launcher is set up so you pull out rather than back (for accuracy) Hold your launcher flat, adjust position to where you think your opponents bey will land, and when you pull the rip cord dont give it all the force right away, ease into it for more torque. Your bey should land on top of your enemy's bey and burst it, or land close enough to score you a stadium out.
