I Am Delecting everything and starting over and I know what I Did Wrong with the Banner and will fix so the website going to be Page Not Found or something for awhile.

If you do make a better site in future you could always promote it in your signature instead.

Usually, when you use img src to display images, you should upload it somewhere which gives it an image file name extension, like .jpg or .bmp or .png

The php?blahblahblah bit tells it to go retrieve the image from the votebigbird server. However, when you put it together with the image script, most computers won't be able to understand it.

I suggest you upload it to imageshack.us or photobucket.com or some other image hosting site instead.
