Hey, guys.
Just wanted to ask the results of the tournament Tongue_out_wink
Man, that was an awesome tournament and the finals were probably the best part of the whole event, not because it decided the winners but because everyone's excitement was at its peak while watching the matches which turned out to be thrillers with low spin KOs, LAD, etc. Almost every battle went 2-2 and it all came down to the fifth round for almost all the battles in the finals.

I'll post the detailed results soon.
For now, the placements: (Click to View)
CONGO TO WINNERS !
AWESOME ! I hope you guys had fun.
Pics Plz !
Congrats BladingSpirit5, Relic and ashton :-)

I wanted to come and meet you all but had to go to get my license and driving class.
Will surely come next time and meet you all.
One awesome tourney! and a gold face for me.... nice play by nik and jan, they were in my block....relic and BS5 were tough rivals.
I bet they had a nice time meeting Mumbai's bladers i was supported by most guys, liked it!
hmm i did-not face sam.. dam, but there's always a next time........

EDIT: so no one posted the wining combos. :\ can someone post them, coz i dont want to post wrong ones? all i remember is girago girago 90 MF/revizer dragoon SA165 EWD..
i enjoyed the todays tournament, it also ended up quickly. see you guys at the next tournament.
Well, no one was supporting you, ashton. Tongue_out

As N0body said, the finals was the best part of the entire tourney.
The finals were tied at first, because of which we had to redo the entire thing. This was when a freak rule was announced by N0body, and seconded by Relic.
What was the rule, you ask? The rule was that the finalists had to re-battle using the exact same combos they used earlier. This rule totally favored ashton pinto as he had a powerful Attack combo in Girago Girago 90MF, which totally dominated BladingSpirit5's Revizer Dragooon SA165EWD and Relic's Attack combo (Wyvang Dragooon ____ RF, IIRC).
The win against Relic was due to pure luck, and at times, MF's superior Stamina compared to RF.
The win against BladingSpirit5 was kinda fixed. There was no way SA165EWD could take strong Attacks from one of the strongest Attack Synchrome to date.

So well, there's no doubt that the three bladers listed above are our winners, but the order could have been different if the weird rule wasn't enforced, haha!

Congratulations, ashton, Relic, and BS5.
How many participants did you guys end up getting?
Congrats to the winners!

jan, what i meant was that they were cheering for me, as well as BS5 and relic, as its always done in any final battles... this sentence seems fine right? i posted that in a hurry, so lack of words haha!
Congratz to the winners. Hope you all had much fun Smile
WOW, suprised by the results. But very happy for ashton.
Expected winners:
1.Relic
2.Janstarblast
3.ashton or nik
Well, BladingSpirit5 is certainly the second best in India from what I know.
nik1392 (and even I) was/were unlucky to be in ashton's Block. That guy won all matches in the Block with a Girago Girago while me and nik1392 were stuck with Phantom 90MF.
So yeah, nik1392 couldn't win this time.

Relic did place, if you didn't notice.
I myself posted a wrong combo... girago girago W105 MF.... 90 RF was with gryph gryph... sorry..
