Melbourne get together event!

EDIT: Remember Gaia_Dragoon is basically covering everything, so give him the credit not me, he has been suspended and can't post for a few more days that's why he asked me to start this thread.

EDIT 2: This is a tournament we have more then 15 people confirmed coming.

Hey there, Gaia_Dragoon and I are going to be hosting a Melbourne get together event! Gaia_Dragoon is doing most of the organizing and stuff but we already have 10 people coming confirmed!

Area: (Street): Byron Court, (Suburb): Glenroy. It's at the Park. (Only about 12 minutes away from the city by free-way using a car)

Date and time: No confirmed date or time yet, will be around September lunch time-ish, most probably on the school holidays or a Weekend close to the holidays.

Fees: 5 USD entry fee, can be AUD but will be a bit more then 5 USD then due to the conversion. Without the entry fee there can't be prizes up for grabs, and they will be good prizes Grin

People with a Blader's Passport can get in for free.

What will happen: We will have tournaments (Already more then 10 people confirmed coming) using Plastic Beyblades, HMS, and MFB. Friendly battles will be held as well.

What to bring: All your best Beyblades! Bring your best Plastics, HMS, and MFB, bring stadiums if you like (Only 1 stadium that I can bring, so we need more!), and anything really that you need for you to battle your best! (Lunch is not supplied)

Yes I do know that, it is just a get together. Unless if we could make it a WBO event, how much would the entrance fees have to be, preferably in AUD?

It's $5 USD. We will reimburse costs and organize some sort of prize setup, in addition to promoting the event here.

I'm working on the event kit and hopefully it will be out this week.

Great. Once I get the event kit done we can go over it. I'll move this to Official Events once we have more stuff ironed out.

Awesome! But remember it's not entirely confirmed yet, we're only 90% sure about it since we are only average of 13 years of age. But most likely it will be happening, but only in a couple of months time. Thanks for your time Brad Smile

There are lots of people in Melbourne who've been wanting to get together, so I'm sure this will be a success if you guys are willing to run it.

Yeah! We're really excited but the thing is, it's in the valley in Glenroy, I think people will get lost finding the place xD! But we will give directions.

Sounds awesome, I'm definitely coming, the park is right opposite my house, (I live on Byron Court in Glenroy!) My little brother want's to come as well, but he doesn't have a WBO account, can he still come? He wouldn't know how to do anything on the site though cause his only 9 years old.

^Just register him an account, It seems as the Melbourne bladers are catching up, but I think there are still more in Sydney, if this still happens and there is a decent crowd I will make the trip down there ... I can try and help with this?
