Rusty, only the wheels section is in order from best to worst (i.e. the order there means nothing). Though, I don't think CS should be tier 1. A good/defensive one won't move, and an aggressive one is too erratic to be that useful.

And 85WD with gravity perseus just gets you KO'd constantly. Do NOT post that kind of thing here (or anywhere). This thread is a parts-based tier list, not a combo tierlist. You need to back up statements like that with testing, as well. The other Tier List thread was moved to the advanced forum so people couldn't spam it like you are now doing here.

Also, LRF needs to be taken of the "Needs Testing" list. We've got loads from lightning tank now.

I think that Hell BD145 should be in a higher tier than Earth, Burn etc. or it should mention that Hell BD145 is better. I just recall seeing tests that showed that Hell BD145 could defeat all Stamina wheels except for Basalt and Virgo (I don't think that has been tested yet.)

What about Beat? I think it could become a Tier 1 in Attack Metal Wheels.

IKMV showed lots of tests, it did outstandingly well. Better than Vulcan.

Elab: Vulcan's Upper attack is great, but the smash with Beat is recoil based. Beat has good stamina after being hit as well, I guess its weight anchors good. It works well with GB145 in Attack! Thread:

The heights are great.

Don't forget WA130, guys, that and 130 are the only starter/booster 130 height tracks. I've used it well on Fang, though it probably needs more tests.

WA130 could be. But it's very similar to C145, and heck that is outclassed as anything.

I'm less interested in the free spinning nature and more the fact it's at that 130 Height. But it DOES have middling defense abilities. Also, it looks crazy awesome, and it'll be the only 130 track available to hasbro players for a while (it's released this month, according to toywiz).
But yeah, I'm talking about it as an attack track, not for defense.

that proves NOTHING. it just shows fang and beat have potential, he didn't test vulcan, so we dont know if its better or worse...

I didnt do tests with an actual Vulcan against the BAsalt BD145 combo because it really does nothing. I did unrecorded tests with Vulcan against it and truly Vulcan cannot consistantly do anything to the Basalt Combo like in the 20-30% so i put up the fang as a comparison because it was to me the best atk right wheel to date. I only say its Vulcan 2.0 because to me Vulcan was the best right spin atk metal wheel before Fang.

i think this thread needs a big revamp what if some new person comes onto the wbo and spends their money on vulcan and it turns out to do nothing , IMO vulcan should drop down a tier since it does nothing against modern day defense . Since i heard Bakushin was better then burn in terms of stamina i think that should be on the list , and beat and fang should be tier 1 since they have been tested a fair bit , not sure about LDD or BBP though since i haven't seen as much testing on them . i also think rock should go down a tier since IMO it isn't good and finally this is probably just my thoughts but meteo isn't too good with the exception of max meteor . BD145 should be added to tier 1 becuase of the lightning tank .
