Performance will never be as good as it could've been and now we're counting fully on the wheel for overall weight and weight distribution. I like the different track heights with different bottoms option, but not having a WD takes away a lot of the customizing options. I hope they at least release something like a "CWD" Track in the future.
Shooters being crappy does suck big time though. I could tell from the pictures of the winders they wouldn't be as good as HMS G-Winders, but worse than the original ripcords of the plastic gen? Wow.
i don't really think weight disks added that much to customisations, their wher only a few good ones, and they each had their differnt purposes(e.g. attack types had one kind, defnese another and endurance another really)
I think the way that an attack rings weight adding to it's overall performance as well as it's shape adds alot more variation in possible parts and to the science of the game, the only downside i see in the attack ring being the weight disk as well, is that they all have to basically be a circular shape to maintain spin and balance.
But then again i probably wouldve rathered metal beyblades having mainatined the weight disk concept and just made it a much denser alloy compared to the attackring and base, of course they'd have to update the laucher majorly too to compensate for the increased weight and theyd probably be alot more expensive( at least double if not triple the price), but i'd still buy them, just not as many.
