Actually he should post if its ok rule wise. You can find rules here for posting and fourm rules https://worldbeyblade.org/Announcement-Community-Rules

But anyways welcome to WBO hope you have great time here. And as for tournament,I think you should check out Torunament subforurm to see if there's any upcoming and contact latest host for info

If there isn't find thread for your community here and ask if any event is in plan https://worldbeyblade.org/Forum-North-America

If there isn't at all, you can start hosting event yourself. All things you need is
8 confirmed members who are ready to pay fees and understand/agree rules (if there aren't don't worry at all, there are many ways you can advertise your event. For example on Facebook and social media and asking in toy store around you to tell any blader about it)
Be little active on WBO (about 1 year) and toughly read rules tournament rules here https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folde...XJtUXJ1SmM it give you quite a bit of tips and resources on hosting but make sure to read all PDFs toughly to prevent any chaos
1 legal stadium (of Takara irs mentioned in rules)
And bit of confidence beyhaha (don't worry if your bit shy maybe take help of other members or parents and you will get used to once you host few events)

And basicly you will find yourself playing in event beyhaha
Yeah ur right....rules should be followed before doing anything on a particular website....
