The tournament probably won't start exactly at 3:45. It all depends on how long the burst standard tournament takes.

Event Pages and Events are coordinated and operated separately from the operations of the World Beyblade Organization website or Fighting Spirits Inc, controlled solely by individual Event Organizers.

Under no circumstances will World Beyblade Organization, Fighting Spirits Inc., its directors, members, or staff be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from independent Events advertised on the website. .

I'm late I won't be arriving I have frostbite from trying to bike up their it unexpectedly started snowing and raining so yeah I won't be there sadly
The weather can be so bipolar sometimes it went from cloudy to rainy to snowy and now its sunny.the weather said it would ran at 1pm yet its sunny.

I can answer this as well. NatedogPhilly told me that only 3 people came, so the tournament couldn't happen. That's the reason the Challonge for this tournament is blank.
