Its thaaat Hip-Hop & Rap thread that you wish would go away.

I'm always talking about aussie hip-hop, but I never think I linked something that you guys can listen to.

http://www.imeem.com/ozhiphop/playlist/_...-playlist/

Would be nice if you had an imeem account (it's free anyway).

I listen to mostly Muph & Plutonic, but now I'm discovering artists like Drapht (I like his song "What Have I Got" the most so far lmao).

Yeah there's some "gangsta" or bubblegum rap in there, but it's not as much as the rap here in the west (well I think so). I'm trying to avoid that kind of rap and actually listen to something with a message.

Like this, from Muph & Plutonic's song "Scars & Stains":

Quote:Life ain't a game, it's hard
So carp having fame and cars

The carp I deal with leaves me stained and scarred
We write dangerous bars
Put the truth in 'em to make 'em last
And get us past all the stains and scars
Been listening to some older jay z songs. Song Cry is such a good song.

What I mentioned in the new thread, does anyone listen to UK Rap artists? Chipmunk, Tinie Tempah. I named those artists because they're are the only rap artists in the UK that are doing very well in the US.
Sorry for the Necrobump, but are we allowed to share our own raps here?
That sounds like a Your Creations thing...
