Thinking of getting it but I heard bad and good things about it idk whether to get it.

I personally wouldn't recommend it.

1' is unbalanced and a bit light compared to other competitive disk, and Sword is simply awful.

The layer itself is okay I guess? Its not as strong as Judgment Joker or even ChoZ Achilles.

If you're a fan of Xcalibur, then its always a worthy purchase for collection. However, there are way better purchases for a competitive player

If you want solid attack get Judgement or Zwei

I would recommend you to wait for some time to see if there is a new xcalibur in GT if you are a xcalibur fan.

2 Versus 2 format should be a thing. Change my mind.

Not really worth getting, no. It was never all that good when it was released, and it's much less good now. It has two modes, neither of which are particularly good for stability or attack. If you feel a personal connection to XCalibur layers you may buy it if you wish, but I would recommend looking into getting better layers.
