Hey has anyone tried to make a street blade like that guy on youtube? I have, its great for concrete XD

First, you cut of the bottom off a blade base (make sure the spin gear is still inside!)

Now, make the hole in the middle.

Place the screw through the hole, then use a screwdriver to tighten it in.

Complete!

I tried it on the road and I carved a small stone into kind of a ramp shape, then it went up the stone - its awesome! It can also break small stones.

Make sure you use a balance weight disk because the screw can make the blade off balance.

Why not just use one of the many Beyblades that already has a metal tip instead of some dumb screw with terrible survival and balance?

Too much work for something that isn't gonna increase performance at all. =/

Why would you want to beyblade on the street? The odds of two blades actually hitting each other is so low that they shall just spin there until they die. Then all you are left with is your disappointment and a couple of ruined beyblades (in other words you feel like an idiot). Also these things look like they have worse balance than a Draciel MS.

Walls aren't the important part, inclines are. If the ground is flat they won't go near each other.

yeah, theres some slant in our road where we battle - and sometimes after its rained we play puddle blade XD

Anyways, not to condole this destruction of beyblades but if you launch normally, pick the first beyblade to stop up as soon as it stops spinning and then relaunch you can aim for the other blade. Sure it's still against the rules and rather stupid......but it's pretty fun. We used to play that way when I was younger only we played it in a makeshift (flat and rectangular) stadium not on the floor.

My road is on like a valley so the screw blades slide down for a good minute, we played a beyblade match like this:
We went to each side of the road
Launched our blades
They slid down at maximum speed
They will collide and they fly back, then there really slow now...
Then its just a test of who had the most power in the attack.

Or we can just call this illegal. Yes I know I'm late to the thread. I would see no logic in doing this anyway. I have tried experimenting with blades when I was younger and it nearlly resulting in my cutting my throat. I was stupid enough to sticking stanley blades onto an AR to have the affect that Queen had in V-Force. I do not agree with these illegal modification and only bad things can spawn from such ideas.

This is as bad as the MSN Group Beyblade websites. If this is fun to you then I would consider taking up a new hobby.

He did say it was illegal. But, Yeah, there's no real point in doing this. BTW, if you think its unfair that my thread wasn't frowned upon like yours was, its cuz mine can actually increase performance and you don't have to modify anything to do it.
